Great hotel

Everything in this hotel is excellent. Great experience. The staff, hotel location, best restaurants nearby, room service and the best breakfast. This is a must in Venice.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and great staff.

Breakfast was great, good selection of eggs, pastries, and fruit. The bar was outstanding, the mixologist prepared super great drinks.

Located off the beaten path in the Cannaregio district, this is truly a hidden gem! Very quiet area and an absolutely fantastic hotel! Hotel is of the orient theme with spacious clean rooms and a bottle of free champagne to greet you. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. If you don’t have plans don’t worry, the staff is very knowledgeable and have many activities they can guide you to, some of which are free, courtesy of the hotel. Again, I can’t say enough good things about this location and the staff…we will definitely be staying here when we return.

Amazing location, beautiful room. Real Venice! Easy walk to the main area but the region the hotel is located in is truly beautiful. Would return at any opportunity.

Everything was perfect from the staff at the desk to the comfort of the rooms, clean and well provided with sleepers and toiletry samples in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet, extra charge, is huge and absolutely wonderful with everything you can desire, even gluten free bread, etc. it was our second stay but we will return.

Stayed 7-nights. A comfortable and relaxing stay in a wonderful hotel located in one of the best areas in Venice, Cannaregio. Staff, above all, were extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotless; full marks to the house keeping staff. This is not our first stay here and won't be our last.
