Sheets had holes. Poop covered toilet paper was left in the toilet. The sink was clogged I mentioned this to the front desk and all they said oh sorry did not try to make it right in anyway very sad how bad employees can ruin such a beautiful hotel and business very very sad

Honestly a good stay for young adults

We received a warm greeting from the staff upon check-in and a very lively lobby with all the guests enjoying the complimentary wine. Our room was very spacious and clean. And I actually liked the complimentary conditioner and other toiletries. Definitely a step up from the others. This will be our go-to while visiting the Monterey area.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time I booked a deluxe king room and was given room 1001 at the corner of the main building located near the intersection of Fremont St and Abrego St. Once in a while, a car with loud exhaust can be heard from our room when it accelerated from the traffic light, not the hotel's fault maybe rooms in other end of the same building could be better, the room itself is actually really nice and aside from the exhaust noise, we do enjoy it. Not so much in our second stay. This time we booked a regular two queen room, it was located in the annex across the parking lot, the room is not hotel quality compares to our last stay, the walls are paper thin, we can hear our neighbor snore, and the kids upstairs stomping until midnight. I have better experience in a Motel 8 than this one.

Perfectly lovely. Clean, modern. Breakfast was average apart from the overnight oats, they were great.

Great stay overall, especially compared to the other place we stayed. It’s beautiful, just that when we got into our room there was a strange smell, there were black hairs on both the top bed spreads, we ran the air all night and it was cooler in the hallway than in our room in the morning. Breakfast came with the price which was nice. The Hotel was centrally located to many amenities which was another bonus.

The view from my room was beautiful. The only thing that my wife and I wasn't satisfied about was that we can hear the ppl from the upper level walking around, over all the stay comfortable.

The room and bathroom was clean. It had a musty smell when you first walk into the room, mainly from the carpet. The beds were clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Easy parking.
