Nice property with a very nice staff. Not the most convenient location to central Maastricht, but Uber works just fine there, so no worries about the location.

Wonderful hotel. Cleanliness, service, and facilities were great. Breakfast was outstanding.

The swiming pool and breakfast was fantastic!!

Staff answered all questions. One BIG problem… I booked it through Expedia in February…. It was on my Credit card statement which I paid. I was billed again at the hotel and now I have pending charges in my bill substantially greater than what I already paid following the booking.

The hotel was excellent. The room was nice and spacious.

Very well appointed. Above expectations for Van er Valk. Didn't like separate toilet with no hand wash basin. Door if separate toilet didn't close well.

This hotel was brilliant for a stop over for us. Great staff, clean spacious room, lovely reception area. We enjoyed spending time in the bar and the food in the restaurant was first class. We would defiantly stay here again. It was such a nice touch having fruit and water in the reception area,

The hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable for 3 adults. Only negative was in the hotel were 2 elevator but one was out of order and our room was on level 5!! It was quite busy and waiting was disappointing.

We loved the hotel, it had everything we needed, and the kids absolute loved the pool. We used the pool twice, once as we arrived and once in the morning before we left. The beds were comfy and we had a balcony. Loved it. Walking distance to the centre, but we drove as our kids were tired.

Spacious comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast and very convenient for the MEC

Service was hit and miss. It was very busy in the hotel, and it seems Van Der Valk is taking their clients a bit for granted these days. Forgot to clean our room and our calls gor service were ignored/forgotten several times.

Very kind and helpful staff. Their goal is to serve you in having a very pleasant and nice stay! Breakfast was great!
