The hotel has a potential to be a 3.5 or 5 stars but need some investment in bedding and showers.

Location , location , location and most of their staff makes this property a five stars hotel , but the facilities are detoriariting through the years.Lack of investment in the maintenance of this hotel put it in a two yo three stars range,, but has the potential for a four stars Big shout out to Oriana at reception and the staff at the cafeteria.

Very convenient for the price

It has become a budget hotel. The rooms have seen better times. Convenient location. Semi decent breakfast (who cares about breakfast in Buenos Aires...with all best meat in the world?). Exceptional staff.So if you are budget minded...this is your hotel.

Minha experiência foi horrível! O melhor do hotel é sua localização e o quarto espaçoso! Cafe da manhã segue o padrão argentino. Fiquei hospedado no quarto 800 com esposa e duas crianças. A temperatura em Buenos Aires oscilava entre 0 a 6 graus e ficamos 4 dias sem água quente no quarto! Dormi 2 noites sem tomar banho e nas outras noites, foi disponibilizado um quarto em outro andar, para tomar banho. Pedi para mudar de quarto várias vezes. Mas, foi negado, sob o pretexto de que não havia quartos disponíveis. Enfim! Foi muito estressante e uma experiência horrível. O hotel tentou amenizar a situação nos oferecendo, no último dia, um jantar de cortesia pelo ocorrido. Aceitamos por educação, mas nem comemos! Eu jamais me hospedaria novamente neste hotel! E vendo outros depoimentos, não foi a primeira vez que ocorreu esta falta de água quente. Sugiro que o Hotéis. com, analise se vale a pena disponibilizar este hotel aos clientes.

Location, location, location Rates were good maybe very good maybe because it was a long weekend. The hotel is a little run down but it was Ok for the money.

Good location, metro, bus station, restaurants and shops nearby. Few attractions in walking distance. Staffs are nice and helpful but the hotel needs renovations

Para uma viagem rapida, sem poder perder tempo em hotel ou deslocamentos vale a pena, pois eh muito bem localizado e limpo. Porem, precisa de uma reforma geral. Colchao ruim, chuveiro bom, banheiro limpo, sem cheiros, mas tabua quebrada, linda vista da avenida, porem o blackout nao cobria toda a enorme janela. Cafe fraco com poucas opcoes, mas tinha. Horarios ruins de entrada e saida. Uma ou duas noites, nao mais.

Hotel bom. Muito bem localizado. Só precisa melhorar um pouco a Wi-Fi e a roupa de cama.

Value wise it served its purpose. It was ok, clean, convenient & suited our purpose well. Breakfast was included which we didn’t expect and was adequate but left out a bit long. It had a lovely foyer that appeared recently renovated. Staff were friendly & helpful.

It was Ok for the price and convenient location. The hotel needs a major overhaul to get to at least 4 stars hotel.

The hotel had some leaks in the reception and in the room and it looked aged

My room no was 1001, there was no air. It was absolutely suffocating hot. Couldn’t sleep at all in night. I speak to front desk, they said; they don’t run air conditioning. It’s off centrally

I couldn't rest well because of the continue noise.

Staff is indifferent regarding customers. Rooms are a bit noisy Great location though...

Not like the pictures at all. Staff was ok but manager has pour customers skills. Only stay if you have to. I payed $265 for a room posted at the hotel for $90. Would have been worth it if it was like the pictures on the web site.
