The location is good, very close to all the tourist attractions in Bangkok, clean accommodation, comfortable accommodation, perfect for a tourist to visit important places of Bangkok well.

In the middle of Khao San, very convenient. I like having a convenient car park. Air conditioning is turned on at 23 degrees and still not juicy at all.

The accommodation is ok, but the buffet staff in the morning is not polite, my family consists of 3 people who are sitting for breakfast, the plate of food I have not used, I go to get the orange juice, the waiter takes the chair I took it to another table without asking permission, even though the chair position was a plate of food left intact and my husband and sister sat at the same table. the second time, my family went down to breakfast and the waiter led us to guide our family to the table. When my family was eating, a different employee invited my family to change tables, disrespecting the guests.

The location is very strategic, on rambuttri road and very close to khaosan road. Many traditional food, clothes sellers, cafe, restaurants, handcrafts, etc. Not far from grand Palace and temples.

Overall our stay at this hotel was great, until one day... the room service sort off didn't clean our room. They left the mug un washed, and they put the towel above my suitcase, and they didn't neatly clean the bed. Eventho only a day, its kinda ruin our mood
