Great place to stay. The beds are starting to sag; please get new mattresses.

Very nice right next to our event

Awesome property!! Perfect location, within walking distance to nearly everything. Very clean, friendly staff, best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel! Cute little garden walk in the back of property, a bar/lounge just off the garden walk. We enjoyed the Mississippi river walk and the La Crosse Queen Paddlewheeler. Octoberfest grounds is laterally across the street. La Crosse, we will be back!!

Room was in tip top shape. Walking distance to the Lacrosee Queen. I will recommend, and have, to anyone looking for a pllace to stay in Lacrosse.

Nice and quiet

Great location for our visit to UW-La Crosse. I enjoyed walking around the paths by the river and the location was quiet. The room was small overall and shower water not very hot but otherwise, it met our needs and we appreciated the quiet location and separate bedroom.

The staff was really nice. Fun games in the front.

Room was very spacious and everything was clean.

Beautiful hotel right near the riverwalk and easy walk to restaurants, shops and bars in downtown LaCrosse. The suite was huge with a living room and full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, great price. Nice area

Everything was going great until we stepped into the room. The air conditioning was not working. The hotel was booked for the night so no other room was available. The staff apologized and said they would bring fans to the room and comp the room for the night. The fans never arrived and I have not been comped for the room as of yet. They said that they would have to communicate with Expedia about the comp.

Overall a fine place for a quick stay. Everything was good besides: TV volume won’t go below 10, bed was not level, bathroom door does not close, entry door handle would only open if your turned the handle upwards (that took some time to figure out). Wet and dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. Broken basketball hoop outside. Breakfast was great. Location is great. Parking is great. Price was fair.

The air conditioning unit in the bed room was incredibly loud and went on and off. I ended up just turning it off, which was a bit uncomfortable. The room was a bit dated. Breakfast was not much of an offering--tasteless/bland scrambled eggs and soggy corned beef hash. Waffle was ok.

I was amazed at the quality of the hotel given the price we paid. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was poor quality for the cost of stay. Greasy eggs. Bone bits in sausage patties, weak coffee.
