The hotel was very clean, the front desk girl at check in was extremely nice and helpful offered help any time I saw her. Pool was cold not sure if the heater was working.

Sadly, room wasnt clean as we expected, given that we feel usually comfort insured at Comfort Suites. Manager gave concession. I think, probably just not enough staff. Like property. Im sure theyll address concerns given.

Everybody was real friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. I liked the eggs and sausage. And it was pretty quiet not bad.

Very loud you can hear people all over when you’re on the 1st floor. We had no bath towels and had to ask for them

We loved our stay at Comfort Suites. This was our second stay at this hotel and we all loved it. The complimentary breakfast was excellent due to the great options that were offered, we absolutely appreciated the low sugar food and drink options that were offered as well because not everything hotel offers those. The service we received was excellent and the staff was always happy to help answer any of our questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the fact that there was a kiddy pool with water features, and standard pool and hot tub was such a bonus for everyone. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Would have given the hotel 5 stars but the room heat was difficult to regulate. We had to turn it off & on to be comfortable. Basic breakfast.

Great place to stay!

Pool temperature was cold because the heaters were not working.

The property was clean, the staff were nice, and the breakfast offerings were good. The one negative is that the property itself seems rather old, and they've attempted some cheap updates that really just accent the fact that the property needs more. Also - we were on the first floor and the room above us must have had a family - when we were trying to get to sleep, it sounded like there was a herd of elephants running around above us.

There was so much noise coming from the other rooms, multiple rooms, banging doors, jumping off the bed, screaming in the hallways, slamming doors all over yelling running around the hallways late at night. This was reported several times over two hours to the management and they did absolutely nothing. They never came upstairs to investigate. They never knocked on the doors of the rooms that were doing all of this all they told me was that they can change my room or I would leave the hotel. I finally involve the police and they showed up even after the police left. The noise began again And this one on throughout the night my sleep was terrible and the staff the auditor at the hotel did nothing about this. I want my money back.

It was very clean and spacious. Excellent customer service, breakfast was hot and lots of options. The only thing wrong was the drain, didn't drain in the shower.But we let them know and they thanked us for letting them know. The Pool and hot tub were clean and not too strong smelling of chemical. Would definitely stay there again.

We had children above us dropping a lot of things on the floor/ our ceiling and kids running up and down the hallways. Wasn't as quiet as I would have liked, but overall it was enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful - nice selection and enjoyed the hours.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway. The pool could have been warmer.

The hotel seems to be nice and clean. The pool was great for my baby. I love they have that little one for babies and kids. The rooms were decent. Overall a nice stay.

Nice hotel

This hotel staff was unmatched! My 4 year old ended up getting very sick during our stay and spent most of his night throwing up. The staff was exceptional getting us lots of clean bedding, extra towels, even got us some toast in the middle of the night when the kitchen wasn't open!

This hotel was a good price for what we needed. Wallpaper in room needed replacing along with some lightbulbs. Not enough towels were provided.
