Our room was clean, quiet, and cozy There wasn't a microwave in the room but we were able to call and have the front desk bring us one. Our ski trip was a success because we could pull the car up right outside our room and organize our gear.

Pool is in a separate building. Hotel is noisy, can hear people walking up and down the metal stairs.

Stay is good!! But the noise from the upstairs are disturbing.

Clean room. Clean pool. Easy check in. Paper thin walls. We were on ground floor and could hear every single thing from above. Even water drips in the pipes. When people went down the stairs next to our room my bed would shake.

Hot tubs could have been hotter, jets did not work. Icefields parkway was closed due to avalanche (I’m in Calgary) and staff was not accommodating regarding cancellations or re booking, had to drive 6.5 hours around to get there in a storm, not happy about that.

Suoer friendly staff , rooms were clean , amenities were clean.

More like a motel than a hotel.

We have stayed there probably 15 times now and it is always clean, the staff is friendly and amenities are great. The laundry room is a huge bonus.

20 min from ski hill, excellent restaurant great food and reasonable prices. Nice pool and hot tubs.

Good luck getting the front staff to answer a phone or follow through on what they say. Then if you ask for a hypoallergenic pillow for your family member who’s allergic to feathers they just say they don’t have one and it’s your fault for not requesting ahead. Not solution focused. Then the way overly intoxicated man in the hot tub that they left for hours (we left and came back and still there). Plus the loud partying at night. Might have been a kid favorite to stay before to play with friends but that was an awful experience I wouldn’t sign up for again

Jasper National Park is a beautiful Park this Motel is poorly maintained, needs a ton of money spent to bring it back to what it used to be

Nice location, friendly staff, hotel and rooms are a bit outdated. We stayed at the room 2nd floor beside the swimming pool so the room was humid and full off pool smell. Ran out of hot water at night due to hotel was at full capacity. But was too tired and made it through the night.

We got stuck in Jasper due to part of the highway being closed and this was the cheapest last minute option to spend the night. We definitely weren't disappointed though! Check in was easy and the gentleman behind the desk was pleasent. There was parking on site or if their lot was full they had street parking as well. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy but was cozy! We ended up staying a second night due to the highway situation and were able to check out the pool and hot tubs, which were clean and overall a great way to relax while we tried to figure out how to get home. The free wifi was pretty spotty but its free so cant really complain too much. We were given a 10% off card for the restaurant on site, Whisky Jacks. We tried it out and weren't disappointed. Happy hour drinks made it worth the visit. The food and service were good but the portions were small. Overall was a good experience and we would stay again!
