Second stay here. The staff were wonderful and the location was quiet during the week. The pool/hot tub are amazing - very clean and a welcoming outdoor atmosphere. The whole hotel was immaculate, my room was very clean which I greatly appreciated. I will stay here again and again!

Staff friendly, nice rooms, quiet

Staff was incredibly responsive and polite. Outdoor tiki bar was a great touch and very rekaxing!

Great place to visit

The lady’s Receptionist at check in counter, she not happy , not friendly, when asked about surroundings, did not want to help, when booked a room to stay a few more days feels like she not welcome we stay. But the lady’s breakfasts very good. She very cool and nice

Great place very clean and quite.

We was coming to this location to stay after a three day cruise in Miami. The stay was wonderful. It was a nice clean, quiet and in site location. We could see the fireworks from the theme park area and the check in was quick and easy. You have to pay for breakfast but overall it was a wonderful stay.

The property was in a good location for Universal and close enough to Disney Springs. The big surprise was the breakfast was not complimentary--it is $20.00 per person and the nice lady working breakfast said that it is worth it because they have a Chef on site, but I do not think it was any different then what you would get free at any other Hilton. I must not have been clear that breakfast was not complimentary, but we were never told at check in either. When I asked the front desk staff about it, she said oh you are with a third party booking site and you are only a Silver Hilton Honor Member--just shy of don't care pay for breakfast and good bye. That was that. The room was clean and the property nice, but the staff and breakfast were a disappointment.

Well maintained and convenient to Universal.

The room was lovely and big, we enjoyed the pool and tiki bar, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
