Need a bit more english speaking staff

Very friendly staff. Good quality breakfast. Underground parking. Easy check out. Walkable shopping with dining options.

Before we was allowed to checkout at 4 pm not anymore

The AC leaked and the wall was damaged because of it. No hot water.

Buena locación , servicio al cliente excellente, habitación limpia y cómoda . Desayuno excellente.

Everything is ok like always great beds, showers clean, good food, They need a Wafle machine like any other hotel. The bad thing is they turn off the A/C at 5am and that wakes me up, couldnt sleep again this happened 4 days straight.

La ubicación muy buena y la atención durante el check in estuvo bien. Sin embargo al llegar al cuarto el aire no funcionaba y la persona de mtto optó por pedir otro cuarto. Al llegar, y entrar al baño, el escusado por dentro estaba sucio. Llsma la atención como sl entrar y en la tv se atreven a decir de sus múltiples certificaciones ganadas por la bio limpieza y estricta higiene etc. Lo que no saben es que eso se debe ganar todos los dias y no dolo cuando recibieron su visita del inspector.

Si visitas la zona sur de la ciudad de Querétaro este hotel tiene una gran ubicación. Su Staff es muy amable y las habitaciones están muy bien.

Great value for the price you pay

Small but very comfortable room. Well designed and functional. Breakfast is good to have start the day on the right foot. Price is very good and location is good, off the historic center though, about 25 min walk.
