Ridiculous notion that the manager allowed the courtyard to be closed during beautiful weather.

Mixed experience. On one side a five star hotel, but the restaurant was closed and available dishes very limited, TV was down several times (not a big issue, but having some music in the room when we were in had been great). We had a 2 double bed room that was just enough spacious for us (2 adults, 1 child) but to small for 4 people. There was definitively not enough space in wardrobes for clothes. The bathroom was also very small, no separation of toilet seat and rest, good enough for 1 person but not for 3 or 4. I also missed sort of a business center to do printing but the Concierge was able to do this for you. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Interior of the hotel and the rooms match the 5 star level. Great location, close to Arc the Triomphe and the whole surrounding.

When I booked this room, there was a crib in the room. The room was very small. We had to remove the crib and put a fold out bed, which was very uncomfortable for me. The hotel is very nice, but the room was horrible so Small would not stay there again.

Not enough bathroom essentials, such as toilet paper.

Beautiful centrally located hotel within walking distance of large areas of Paris. Terrific concierge with great dinner suggestions. Spectacular buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends

I don’t even know where to start about this hotel. I am also surprised with the 10/10 reviews. In our room, you could hear all the noises from the road, such as cars honking. You can’t even change your clothes in the room, because the non-see through curtains do not fully close, and people can see you from the building across. For a simple request, you have to call many times. The person who checked us in didn’t even tell us where the elevator was. Their restaurant is only open til 2:30 PM. We went to the bar to eat dinner and sat down for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us and we decided to leave. The lobby area was crowded when we were there. We didn’t even get a chance to sit in the lobby. Also, give yourself time for check out process. The luggage help didn’t show up after many calls. The receptionist, Isabelle, had to help us with the luggage. Overall this hotel is far away from 5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Really lovely hotel , very clean. Staff were very helpful and polite, couldnt fault anything. Good breakfast selection however all i would say, is if youre a brit and love a good cuppa, bring your own tea bags! We had a great stay.

I felt welcomed right from the start. The attention given to my mom who uses a walker was impeccable. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel and room. Nice bathroom. Newly renovated. Room was on a quiet floor. Never heard hotel staff in the morning hours. Very clean. Polite staff. Great location.

Stayed with my husband and teenage son. This hotel is pure luxury. Excellent service and facilities from the moment you arrive. Friendly helpful staff. Really comfortable rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Perfect location, within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of the main shopping area, but lovely, safe and quiet. Beautiful park only a few mins walk away.

Amazing hotel and staff

Very nice hotel in Paris. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s was pretty central to many things through Paris with a quick taxi ride. If you are a walker then enjoy the scenic view to several destinations. Don’t bother to bring your Dyson hairdryer, lol it keep sparking the plug so I opted for the hotels hairdryer, which was fine. We were disappointed that some of the outlets, especially the one in bathroom did not work and the shower handle kept falling when showering. Also, make sure to put a couple towels on the floor because the 1/4 glass wall doesn’t do much from having water spray everywhere. We stayed 6 days and aside from the minor issues was a very nice stay! The staff was a absolutely amazing as well!
