My room was on the top floor, the room was small, not clean, and the air conditioner smelled bad.

It’s an old building. Nice location but rooms are not up to par with the location. Rooms need new windows to appreciate the nice views.

For Brazil, this was a very nice hotel. The room had hot and cold running water in the sink, an American style shower head, without all of the wire sticking out, and even a hair dryer available. The view was fantastic over the ocean, highly recommend the ocean view. We were on the 9th floor. The room was spacious and there was plenty of space to hang your clothes. I will give it above-average, but if you are accustomed to Five Star Quality hotels in the United States and others abroad, this is not the same. I doubt though, that you would find it much better on this strip of hotels on the Beira Mar.

Very good location, easy to move around in the city. Nice hotel, looks like a 4*. Breakfast is good, the swimming pool is a bit too small.

Fine location and very suitable

The breakfast is very good. There's a supermercado down the boardwalk to the left (just follow the beach road). The beach in front is empty, the city beach is further to the right towards the city

Old, noisy, small swimmingpool, but good location. Breakfeast not so good, and hotel staff do not speak English. However, they took care of a forgot item, and contacted me for return. A bit expensive, but overall okay.

We were there during the FIFA World Cup 2014. The Fan Fest was right across.

We went during the World Cup so we paid premium prices & the fan fest was directly opposite so the beach view was blocked and it was very noisy.overall the security,breakfast,rooms was very good & the reception 70% of the time who spoke English.the pool was a nice place to chill out and get away from things.its small & only gets sun in the afternoon & don't expect the pool bar to speak any English.top tip learn Portuguese & get the 49 bus that stops outside to the beach around the headland past the port.overall good.

For the World Cup, staff should've had at least one staff member that knows either English or Spanish as a second language. Very hard to communicate. The wifi was needs a lot of improvement. The breakfast was good and was open until 10 AM which that was a huge plus.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the sea side av., which is where lots of good food/beach opportunities exist. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. Decently clean rooms, and good service. During my stay, FIFA had set up a fan fest on the man made beach right in front of the hotel. The beaches on the sea side av. are beautiful.

The room was paid as see view a little more expensive and was not room with sea view. All others was ok
