Over warm in hallways. No free breakfast. The living room in suite had no way to cool down. The outside wall to our suite was the stairwell which was terribly noisy. Parking was lacking because it is shared with 2 chain dine in restaurants.

I had to switch rooms because it clogged up both sink and bath tub, no complimentary water, and it smelt like alcohol in the front before entering the lobby, although that was the case the front worker was always smiling which made it a bit better, if I was able to refund though I would definetly, hotel should have their rooms up to standard especially the king suite

Room was reasonable price, room was clean and roomy

We had to change room twice. As the rooms we were sent to were NOT cleaned. Third times a charm I guess or maybe we were just so tired we didn’t care. The staff did upgrade our room for the I convince but even the third room lacked. There was hair all in the washroom and on the walls in the shower. My hair is in Braids so I know for sure it was not mine. Needless to say I’m glad to be home in my own bed
