A fifteen-minute walk to the train station and bus depot. The hotel is in the center and near one of the major attractions, the Coliseum.

Super well located, attentive front desk, decent breakfast, clean rooms. However, the Wi-Fi in my room didn't work much past the door to the room! Also, a bathroom should have an exhaust fan. Not excited to have an odour from the previous guest.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to Arena,15 min walk to bus/train station. Lovely buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

I had a lovely stay at the Mastino. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area, a minute from Piazza Bra/ the Arena. Breakfast had a great selection. Overall, a good experience and a solid choice for a stay in Verona.

The front desk was super nice! It was a great area and a walkable distance to everything. They have an amazing spa. The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of options

Perfect location,clean,spacious rooms. Extra equipment would be an advantage etc kettle,tea bags,coffee… Overall really good!

A great location to explore Verona from. Site seeing, going to the Opera or just shopping, it is the heart of everything. A nice breakfasting the morning set us up for our return to the Lake. If staying in Verona again I would look at booking again.

Be aware and make sure you check the rooms are provided as booked. Receptionists kept arguing saying we were provided the standard room as booked but they placed us in a economy room. Hotel is in a great location, house-keeping team are excellent in keeping the rooms spotless and breakfast is decent. Receptionists are rude, in particular Valentina.

The hotel does not have a bar or shuttle service to the airport (which Expedia lists). Coffee/Tea making should be available in the room. Cannot fault location for Verona and transport links.

Very quick check in and shown to our room. Good room, bed firm but two singles pushed together and they kept moving apart during the night. Good location, easy to find. Great choice at breakfast. Shortage of sockets.

I stayed 4 nights there, not hotel like apartment. I liked historic areas but not mosquitos and spiders. I was bitten by them on my bodies. It was so much bad.

We had just one day in Verona, so it was great to be close to everyone we wanted to see, plus lots of eating options. The room was comfortable and spacious.

We wasted 4 hours of our holiday trying to get coffe for our first breakfast. The induction hob didn’t work, the handyman came and eventually managed to make it worked. Then we discovered that the coffe machine was not suitable for this kind of hob. So we needed to call again, in the evening a suitable coffe machine was taken in the apartment. We wasted our morning for all these issues and no discount has been applied at all and no apologies either. Just it can happen! No acceptable!

Hotel is really and check in nice and easy, we could store our luggage before checking in which is always a bonus. Great selection at breakfast and plenty of space, we only stayed two nights but the options still varied. Right by the city walls and not too far from train station so could walk. The only thing I would say is, we had booked a superior double room but it felt quite basic, so I wasn't sure what the difference would be but was still lovely.

Very random breakfast but otherwise good value for money

Nice basic hotel with basic breakfast which is functional. Disappointed that the room had no window so felt dim and dark. The balcony was in the corner with the walk in wardrobe but didn’t really have a view so had no real purpose. Staff helpful and hotel in fantastic location
