The hotel smells terrible , there is a nasty smell from canalizations However people working there are very nice ! It s out of their hands but things need to be done for sanitation . Location of the hotel is good next to major hyghway And food is good . Waitress is nice also . All employees very nice

Super Service. We arrived late, and the manager called us if we wanted supper, or not. We said yes because we had been 4hrs on the road non-stop; and it was waiting for us in our room even though the kitchen had closed 30minutes before! The food was great.

It was all ok, clean, bed was comfortable but the room was unbearably hot even with the windows open which made it hard to sleep. I had dinner which was all ok, although expensive I felt. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had to leave very early.

Property does not look like the picture. No maintenance has been done to the outside of the property in a long time. Garbage, weeds, disgusting entry. Picture taken at night so as not to show the dead plants and unkept entrance. You have to drive through a markets parking lot to locate the entrance to the property which is at the back of other buildings. The whole place stunk of Cigarette smoke. No lift to the 2nd floor. The room was the size of a closet. No place to put luggage, & not big enough for 2 people to get around the bed. We declined to stay & left to find another hotel. Expedia should remove this property from their list.

This hotel is the same as the last Campanile I stayed at...except for the WiFi. As usual, the WiFi service is unsecured so I expect to use a VPN for encryption but VPNs are being blocked so everything I do is visible to hackers. Worse still, both Google and Microsoft reported to me that the "Google" server and the "Microsoft" server were false. In other words, a Hacker is resident at this hotel and trying to steal the confidential information of its guests. Not exactly what I expect from Campanile

70/night is very expensive for 2 nights. But the room was convenient, clean and comfortable. This would be really excellent at £50/ night.

This was an awful hotel, dirty, depressing and the rooms were so small it was impossible to pass each other. On arrival we were shown into a room that was in use, the bed was unmade, the bin full of tissues and a commercial pack of toilet rolls on the dressing table. We were then shown into another room, almost as bad. The man on reception, argued with me that they did not have handicapped rooms, which I had booked as my husband is disabled. He was rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. He refused to accept that I had booked a handicapped room until I showed him a copy of the booking where it was requested and then all I got was a shrug. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was black mould around the window, I slept badly and coughed most of the night as I have an allergy to black mould. I would like my money back although I suspect that will be refused, if Hotel.com refunds my money, to show how sincere I am in my complaint, I ask Hotels.com to make a donation to a World Aid charity, that way they can be sure my complaint is not for financial gain. I have lost confidence in the Campanile name. I would add the restaurant staff were superb as was the morning receptionist, Thomas but I will never stay in a Campanile again, I thought you could trust the brand.

Non existent parking, no WiFi. Absolutely the worst Campanile we have stayed in.

This was close to the event I was attending so convenient and reasonable for one night. Smallest shower and bathroom I've ever seen. Wouldn't want to stay long but it was perfect for my needs and nice clean hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful.

New and clean. Great value. Nice beds, shower, carpeting, design. And, right by the highway for easy access. Exactly what was needed.

Le personnel excellent et tres souriant.

Juste un petit problème bruit de couinement de la clim qui pourtant était éteinte

Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé

Prima hotel om, mocht je onderweg naar bv Spanje zijn, een overnachting te doen…fijner bedden, schone kamers en prima ontbijt
