Mattress wasn't very comfortable, breakfast coffee tasted really bad (I didn't count on the breakfast anyway) but otherwise great hotel. I would stay here again.

Everything was fine

This hotel was very clean, the rooms large and the included breakfast plentiful. The area where you ate breakfast clean, too. There was construction going on at the entrance but this caused little upset and I'm sure it'll look nice once complete. The only downside to our stay was the folks who were extremely loud for quite some time going in and out of rooms and speaking with loud voices at 6 am. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Fast and informative. Tonight parking was much easier than during visits.

From checkin to checkout, I felt very well cared for. I will say, the hotel is a few miles from Ithaca Commons, so if you wanted Cornell and Ithaca experiences, you might look a bit closer to town. But if you're looking for a good, quiet business hotel, this is it! When I'm back in Ithaca, I'll be in this hotel.

Room was comfortable and clean, with some modern touches. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I have dietary restrictions and wish there were more choices (fresh fruit?), or more information about ingredients at breakfast buffet...so Im glad there was a fridge and microwave in the room for my own food. Would stay here again.

Expensive in comparison

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, 4 guests and the room was spacious, tidy and clean. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple and nice. For the use of guests, the hotel has a small indoor pool and a gym. The hotel has free adjacent parking.

Breakfast was offered but they were missing key items such as eggs and other items. All patrons were complaining. Otherwise the stay was what I expected.

Very expensive for this hotel

Heater didn’t work very run down needs major updating.

The wifi was down and being worked on . The pool needed to be cleaned.
