Loved the heated pool!

Room cleaning service occurs late in the afternoon, missed one day of cleaning and change of towels.

Clean, updated property. Breakfast was good (typical fare), and the serving area was roomier than average and well organized. Would definitely stay again!

Check-in was two hours late because the rooms weren’t ready yet. It was dirty. Our room door was very difficult to open and close. At breakfast, there was no coffee, no plates, no forks, and no cups or lids. When I mentioned this to the person responsible, she snapped that I should see the manager. Overall very bad experience. I think I’m done with Hampton Inns.

They could not find the reservation from Expedia so we had to spend an hour trying to find the reservation number for the hotel. Phone support at expedia was useless. Kept getting cut off from people who didn't sound like they really worked at a real company. We had to pay for a room a second time. Finally after being in our room for a couple of hours we found the reservation number. Thankfully the hotel refunded our second payment. I'll never use expedia again!!!!!!

Excellent location - very convenient and close to our Swim meet location. Rooms were extremely neat.

Great room for the price my second time staying here. A month or so ago I stayed here two -three days as well.

We called and told them that we would be getting in the early morning and they said no problem, we were all set, but when we arrived, they had given our room away. We ended up at the Canopy Hilton and loved them so much, but we still need to be refunded our payment to Hampton Inn Ithaca. They were very unprofessional, and even though we have called the manager, she has not called us back. This treatment is unacceptable!

The price we paid was not reflected in the quality of the accommodation. The pillows were lumpy and the bed needed to be replaced. The pool was not open and we were not informed of this prior to booking. The room was not thoroughly clean, a previous guests shirt was in the closet when we arrived.

Lobby was under construction, neighborhood was noisy, room was clean but really only okay. Might as well been a Motel 8.

I have stayed at this location, and others, and have found that the Hampton Inns are always clean and friendly

they had a pool, although not very clean. major renovation that could have you falling as you walk in the door.

Unfortunately the hotel was being renovated so the lobby and breakfast area was torn up and the breakfast options were limited. The staff were very receptive to our requests.
