Did not care for the parking situation.

Clerk Aden was very nice. Others that brought towels, pillows and checked me out also. Mercedes was rude and did not have any customer service skills while talking to me, didn’t even look at me when she asked me what I needed. The lights were off in stairway the first night we arrived and I slipped on a step. Room carpets were very gross I did not want to take my shoes off the whole time I was there, I do not believe the beds were a queen, seemed more like a full. The pull out couch bed was unacceptable, looked to be VERY old. The springs that you could feel when you laid down were almost unbearable and mattress was dirty. So hard to pull out and put back in. Only my husband could do it The pillows hardly had anything in them, that’s why I had to call for more. Parking spots are a joke, can hardly get in and out of the car without hitting the car next to you. My family members also booked a room and it had no air, it was broken! The pictures looked ok online, better then in person. I know they can not control the environment surrounding the area but there was drunk people laying on the sidewalk and we went out to the beach at night right in front of the hotel with children some young, and people came within about 15 feet from us and started having intercourse! There went our family night out looking for shells. I wish I would have booked somewhere else, can’t believe I spent over 2,000 ( including parking) on this place. Extremely disappointed and at some point disgusted.

The best location , you are right on the beach ! Loved watching the sunset . You are next to amazing restaurant downstairs , shops and bars .

The staff were kind and held my bags until check-in. The room was dirty. The floors felt grimy and like they needed carpet shampooing. There was coffee on the walls near the bathroom. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean, nor was the shower. I dropped my earring backing on the floor and when I went to look for it, found things on the floor that didn’t come from me

The hotel is very sketchy. The one thing that bothered me the most is the parking situation. They do not own the parking lot and you need to pay for parking when you get there. I still received a ticket and had to dispute which was just taking time from my day. The beach is close by which is the only good thing about the property along with the staff.

Love the room we had. Full view of the ocean. Even though the restaurants open late, the sound of the waves blocked out the noise. The screen door needed some work, but that was about it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We will stay there again soon

Excellent location but old and no so clean hotel, a bit disappointing being in mind the cost, had to ask for fresh towels and room wasn’t cleaned all week, lots of 10/10 reviews I think it’s a 5/10 at the most.

There is no better location on Pacific beach! Would definitely stay here again! Parking can be very tight, rent a compact. Many shops and food options/groceries and very walkable

Considering it’s location on the boardwalk of Pacific Beach, the elements do add to how initial room conditions.

Great location great view

One star is for the lovely staff! The room was absolutely filthy and smelt putrid! Location to the beach was good - but far too expensive! Not safe for children or anyone with a weak immune system! The rooms are very dirty!

Stayed for the 4th of July. Quick parking. Close to all. Right on the water. Easy check in and friendly staff.

I booked this after the Pacific View Inn was a complete disappointment. The staff here was amazing and the hotel is perfect for a beach front vacation.

Most was okay but parking for guests $37.50 a day is not good park in the street for one like they told me and got a parking ticket for $85.00 that’s not a customer care
