Room was very clean. Breakfast was great and the front staff were amazing.

The room was clean but dated. Definitely needed upkeeping. The bed was nice. The staff were nice as well. The breakfast was sufficient, definitely not gluten friendly. The lounge was not open for the evening we were there and staff didn't know why.

Everything about this night was amazing. The staff, the room, the valet parking. The thing that wasnt amazing is i paid for an premium room on the top floor to have a nice night our with my wife. Only to find out next door was a room with 2 kids. This alone wasnt the main issue. The main issue was these kids woke up at 5 am. Then they proceeded to run through the hallway screaming and slamming doors. This went on for almost 3 hours. When i spend over 250 dollars for a room i expext to be able to sleep in without screaming kids. I have been to meterra before and had an amazing time and up until now i would gladly go back after this experience im not sure thay will happen.

We found that this could be a very good Hotel, but found staff to be quite disorganized and lacking professionalism. Our suite was nicely laid out, but in need of renew, but more importantly it was very dirty. There was layers of dust, dirty windows, and many other examples of poor maintenance and house keeping.

Hotel is nice but booked a king suite through Expedia and was given a regular room. Asked for correction. Was given a slightly better room that was available but still wasn’t what I booked

Room was dusty and a bit dirty. We found decomposed food under the cabinet.

We love the Mettera hotel. It’s charming, clean and the staff are lovely. It’s perfectly located on Whyte Ave and perfect after a night of theatre, food and drinks.

Perfect location for what we needed for our trip to the city. Lots of nice restaurants around and only 10 min drive to the auditorium. Staff was incredibly welcoming and on leaving we were gifted with some homemade chocolate chip cookies. Strongly recommend

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the hospital. The breakfast was a definite bonus, hotel and room were very clean. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
