We got an adjoining room with our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids. We watched the kids while they got their luggage from their vehicle. My 2 year old grandson and I were playing beside one of the beds and there was dog poop. The next night they moved the chair and there was another pile of dried up poop. When staff came to deal with it, he just laughed. Makes me wonder how long it had sat there for AND housekeeping obviously does not clean proper. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever run into when staying at a hotel. Glad my grandson didn’t grab it or worse, stick it in his mouth. DO BETTER!!!

Best breakfast!

The customer service was excellent. It was clean. I had a room that smelt like smoke - and the staff moved me.

Breakfast ended at 9 didn’t make it so can’t comment Heater in room was very noisy Lotion and body wash was a nice smell

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was an option to include breakfast with the room, which I did.

Room, bed, and shower were great! Note that the breakfast is such that you place an order. There is a small buffet too but you need to order eggs and stuff. Doesn’t take too long, but good to know if you’re in a hurry. Fridge in room could be colder. Overall great stay.

Only ate breakfast once and it was very good. Buffet for cereals, fruit, yogurt etc and then hot meals (eggs, bacon etc) are cooked to order. Great service.

Great customer service

Staff were friendly. Only 1 elevator and maintenance was in it half the time cause they were renovating. I like staying in that area.

An expensive stay. Pillows were awful, asked for different ones and the ones they brought were hard as rocks. Had to go purchase pillows to be able to sleep. The Elevator kept breaking down. The hotel had families who were there for a hockey tournament, they were just letting their kids run rampant, while they were sitting in the lounge or in the lobby drinking.

Pool area is pretty run down, elevators run down or out of service. Found the beds really hard, room cleanliness was ok but annoying breakfast isn’t free seeing as it is only continental and not served. Positives are the staff and the location is great, 5 mins driving and you’re at the mall. Probably wouldn’t stay again with how run down alot of things are.

Very quiet in spite of room being next to elevator. Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff.
