Room was clean and comfortable, nice shower and bathroom, room was facing the river and park, would have been great if they had a balcony instead of a big window that didn't even open, but overall very satisfied

The stay is good the problem is the parking and we need validate the parking ticket every time we left the hotel and the parking machine not read the ticket losing to much time

Dista mucho de ser un Fiesta Inn como en los que normalmente me he hospedado, el hotel tiene apariencia vieja y sin mantenimiento, las paredes manchadas, vidrios sucios, el piso de la habitacion levantado, mi cuarto no tenia espejo de aumento, secadora de pelo ni plancha, la verdad me decepciono.

Very friendly staff, great location, excellent customer service

Property photos looked good. But in person room is to small, i planned to stay for 8 nights. Was willing to pay for bigger room and i needed it. Unfortunately there wasn't and has to check out and book at another place. "Hotel policy" according to Expedia stated that there is no refund for the 7 night i didnt stay... very upsetting and disappointed with hotel and Expedia...

The hotel is in a great location. Inside a mall complex and a casino within walking distance. The property does look worn down. The rooms were nice and clean. No complaints there. The only restaurant does need more help especially during breakfast time. There was only one waiter and he was all over the place. He took our order and took a long time for him to get back to us to let us know they were out of what we had ordered. Ordered something else and the food came out cold. My husband ordered hot chocolate had to remind him like 5 times and never received it. Room service was better. Came quick. Parking is limited. If you plan on returning late plan on no parking by hotel. We had to park more towards the mall. Front desk staff are friendly no issues.

El hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento La calidad de los alimentos deja mucho que desear.

This hotel was very good, this trip was disappointing, in very bad shape, short on towels, very old towels, looks old,

Lobby under construction but had just some plastics to cover for the inaccesible area which was most of it. Personnel had bad image with no uniforms and we were not upgraded as my membership says.

Muy bueno hotel

Overall the room was good. However the towels were very used- old. The towel rank in the bathroom was broken. The shower very slippery almost fell in the Shower.
