Super complacida con las atenciones, instalaciones, y servicio que me ofrece este Hotel. Son ya varios años hospedandome aqui. Super recomendado. Excelente opcion para quedarse si buscar vivir la verdadera experiencia de la 5ta Ave. De Playa del Carmen.

It was a wonderful day. Property is located in the very center of fifth Avenue, which is amazing. I didn’t have any issue with the noise at night from the club in front but other people can’t sleep. The price is very reasonable. Don’t need downsize is the smell coming out of the bathroom? It was like a sewer smell. It was very nice property. Staff were very friendly and it was very clean

I will give your hotel the worse review ever. I have pictures and have videos of the sub- par level of quality and sanitary your hotel is. The make-shift-broken latch/key lock on the rooms -making it unsafe for any guests. The dirty pool you claim be be luxurious is gross asf. The fowl smell of sewer that Eminates from the drains inside the rooms. I will let every guest know this is a scam property and not to book here. On all platforms. Yous are thieves.

Really great location!! If you want to be in the middle of everything on 5th, this is your spot. The music might be a little loud until early am hours on the weekend. So it’s not a quiet get away place… on the weekend. But I wouldn’t complain about traffic and sirens if I stayed in midtown Manhattan either. It’s par for the course.

Location is amazing if you dont want to hear night life please dont stay here! It did not bother my family at all we enjoyed it lol. Room smelled like poop the entire time we were there Im not sure if it was just my room but I definitely think they have a plumbing issue. You're not aloud to flush tissue. Also they do not offer wash clothes which I thought was weird they only have drying towels and medium hand towels. They must check your room at check out so plan for extra time when leaving. Pool was dirty. On our last day leaving the power went out in our room walking out the door. They dont have blankets or fitted sheets for the bed so the mattress was exposed because the flat sheet kept sliding off the bed. We made it work we weren't in the room much but these are things I wish I knew before booking. I am black and I felt extremely safe police presence was everywhere. Hope this help someone

So my take on boutique hotels is that it's cool if like the unfinished look. It's a small room with minimalist approach. We like the pool right outside our room and the hippy cafe right there. Very convenient location in the centre of the strip. Aside from the lack of toilet paper having to ask for it daily, and the right spaces, it's a meh.

el agua de la alberca estaba sucia, si no puedes dormir con ruido no lo recomiendo porque el lugar está frente a un bar muy ruidoso y nos queria cobrar aguas y sodas que no habiamos consumido.

The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and all around excellent. The hotel is small and quaint in a great location. The beds and linen were comfy and clean. The rooms are dated however and in need of renovating: Paint chipping, stained counters etc. The pool area is nice but the water was a tad murky. That said, the people working there is what made our experience lovely.

Clean room great staff amazing location !! But … if you want quiet this is not the place for you .. I’d definitely book this place again but the price reflects the noise till about 2 am .. then quiet .. so if your an early riser this is not for you

It was okay and it is in a good location.

There’s no elevator, and no one will help you get your stuff up to your room and i was on the third floor… the AC was not on when i got to my room and it was extremely humid. overall pretty good, but not amazing

Affordable, convenient, close to 5th Ave., onsite parking. Negative: You can hear the loud music from the night clubs across the street and next to the hotel

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s a wonderful property & we will continue to book this property for the next times we visit Playa Del Carmen. It does sit on top of a nightclub so it can be loud, the wifi can be unstable, & there is no elevator but for the rooms, location, & price it’s definitely worth it.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for her birthday, It was a great place right on the strip next too all the fun restaurants and shops . We will definitely be back soon . Some reviews say this place isn’t the best but we didn’t mind the noise at night and the room was super cute and clean .
