Staff was great. A little off the beaten path. Didn’t realize it was that far distance out of Madrid. No food or restaurants nearby. A mile to train station also. Rooms were clean.

I LOVE IT

The rooms are ample and comfortable. Breakfast is well served. They offer dinning only from Monday to Thursday, though the food is good, sometimes they have limited options. We witnessed a robbery right in the lobby and the hotel is located in a very isolated area. The staff was generally kind but there were moments that there was no one at the lobby/bar areas.

It’s a review pics 4 stars hotel scam… maybe was in the pass but doesn’t match with the pictures. The first room that I got had humidity in the wall next to the bed and all the furniture in very bad condition, toilet as well second room no humidity but in very bad conditions noting to do since was an no refundable reservation first and last. Unfortunately Eurostar hotels are falling down.

I love that they secured the gates to the hotel by 11pm. It made me feel safe. Be warned though, the air conditioning is not allowed to function below 25 c (77•f) which was too hot for me and the water temperature varied wildly and for no reason between scalding hot and tepid warm in the same 10 minute shower. Don’t leave your little ones to shower by themselves! Other than that, it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to have breakfast on site. The bacon and scrambled eggs could have been cooked longer IMO, but the fruit, juice, and bread selection was good. I enjoyed my stay.

Our non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was nothing in the mini bar, not even water in the room. The restaurant and bar were closed so nothing to eat bar what was in the vending machine, would have been nice to have known this when we booked

The hotel is in a suburban area of Madrid, close to the Getafe Centro Cercanias train and it will take you to Madrid in no time. It’s clean, excellent service and a magnificent breakfast, that is not included but it’s totally worth it.

Clean Quiet property with nice helping staff . Sadly there is no gym, no garden and it is in a middle of nowhere . But with a good Taxi you are close to Madrid

We arrived much later at the hotel than anticipated. The front desk staff welcomed us with orange and lemon water and chocolate croissantss and apples! The check in took two minutes. Our room was fabulous, clean, and quiet - all that was needed after a transatlantic flight. The next morning, breakfast buffet passed all our expectations with variety on offer - breadrolls, cakes, drinks, savory breakfast items galore. And lotS of fruit.
