The lady that was at the front desk just terrible customer service

Creepy!! I checked my mom in for the night. Before 1:27am someone called her room asking her personal questions(if she was alone, who I was and what my phone number was, why I checked her in)I got 4 calls after 1:27 at my house. They told her they owed me a refund in order for her to give them my number. I didn't pay at the counter I paid online through Hotels.com. The only thing I used my card for was room deposit. How and why did some stranger have my number? Why did they call at 1:27a.m.?and not wait until she checked out?

i do not know if it was a discrepancy on the hotels.com website or if its the hotels but I was under the impression that I was getting a room that had a jacuzzi tub in the room and I did not. I had a tub in the bathroom but I definitely did not have a tub like what was pictured in the room info of the room I clicked to book

It was ok

Everything was great except the bathroom was visibility dirty. Hair in the tub and a thick dark brown ring around the tub. It came off with cleaning solution and a sponge so I know housekeeping didn't even try to clean it.

Clean comfortable room. Reasonable price. Very nice lady at check in. Only complaint was others who were also staying. Some people are disrespectful and thats no fault of the hotel. My only suggestion is an in room coffee maker please

Not exceptional. King suite was bright all night long, the blinds were too thin. The bathroom was too small. One of our towels had a wad of hair on it.

The overall stay wasn’t bad, the customer service wasn’t very good but I noticed that for every place we went in the area. The tv was broken in the first room we were in and the random noises were a little annoying ( the ac would make a meowing sound when it shut off and when you turned on the shower it made a loud noise that did eventually turn off.

Everyone was so nice and helpful

The stay was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that my shower curtain was dirty, I could tell it wasn't changed after the last person. Other than that the stay went well.

Rooms are run down and need a deep clean. Handprints above bed on wall. Room was stinky from cleaner/ freshener. Sink wad slow draining. Room originally assigned was not cleaned. Breakfast was extremely limited. Better options around for ssme price. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Rooms are in poor conditions, you can see the ceiling falling down with a giant crack in the middle of the room.

Nice hotel the pool was nice and warm but a little cool at the same time. Housekeeping could clean a little better I seen a lot of stuff they missed like the microwave and fridge. Overall it was ok enough to stay for the night I did not see any bugs.

Towels were dingy and thin. Smoke detector was hanging off wall. People were smoking pot by entrances. Breakfast was laughable - breads were not even taken out of the bags from store. Laundry area smelled like mildew.

Very friendly staff.

Staff remembered me from previous visit and gave me recommendations of what to see and where to eat in the area. they were very friendly.
