Check-in was very complicated. There was only a single person at the reception, and he was clearly struggling with all the things he had to do at the same time. Won't blame him, he remained calm all the time, despite the pressure. I think that a hotel like this they should have enough staff at the reception to be able to give the arriving persons the right attention. The receptionnist was struggling with some organisational problems of other hotel guest and was completely neglecting the arriving ones. After waiting for more than half an hour he finally was looking after us.
