AC leaked in the room so wet carpet and mildew. Close to airport and nothing else. Staff was not friendly at all.

The hotel and staff were good but cable wasn’t working, they said it was general. AC was failing because of lost of power, and front door too. Telephone wasn’t working either. They sent a technician and he repaired AC and phone cord. At 3:45 am we could have a taxi to drive us to the airport.

This was a well-maintained hotel inside and out. The restaurant had very good and reasonably priced food. The staff was courteous and helpful. It's a gated property with no opportunity to walk anywhere off the site. The plumbing fixtures are in need of an upgrade.

Pros: Close to the airport and busstation. Quick check in and check out. No paperwork. Cons: No airport shuttle service. The room lacked good aircondition. The aircondition was very loud, placed on the floor and water leaked out on the carpet. The food choices were not great. The service staff didn't know the menu. Coffee machine broken down.

I arrived at 2pm and I was offered an early check in for $25.00, I didn’t accept it because I couldn’t believe that the room was available and the lady wanted me to pay additional for getting the room 1 hr earlier.

Told me check in at two after a call so arrived. room ready at 3:30. They tried to charge me for the other person which was paid for. It took a long time to find it but found the receipt Arguing with them for ten minutes. They would not accept was I telling them. Then went to the buffet. The heaters for the serving trays were out. When we took the food back to the table realized it was cold. went back and saw the problem. They said "yes the heaters are out". Nobody told me before payment and they would not refund and let me order off the menu. It was horrible. The taxi from the airport is about a half a mile and they soak you. The whole island is built on overcharging gringos for everything. Way Overrated!

Check-in was very complicated. There was only a single person at the reception, and he was clearly struggling with all the things he had to do at the same time. Won't blame him, he remained calm all the time, despite the pressure. I think that a hotel like this they should have enough staff at the reception to be able to give the arriving persons the right attention. The receptionnist was struggling with some organisational problems of other hotel guest and was completely neglecting the arriving ones. After waiting for more than half an hour he finally was looking after us. Otherwise a nice stay

Worst food ever. I bought a 20 buffet dinner and everything was cold. They knew the heating elements were not working said nothing. I complained and they said " oh you want your food hot". It was worse than school cafeo. I paid for two people. They said I only paid for one. I needed to find the first receipt that said two people. I got there 30 minutes befy check in . They said no problem wait your room is almost ready. Check in was at three I got my room at 3:30. The facility is ok they just need someone who knows how to run a hotel
