Emailed hotel requesting a twin room, did not even get response, got a double room! Location was perfect for me as we were there for one night and were meeting friends that were staying 4 mins walk away. Felt the price was a bit steep for what it offered, looked quite dated and there was quite a bit of dust in the room (sockets, noticed as i plugged my phone to charge, wasnt looking for it). Interior/entrance quite unwelcoming and needs a lick of paint. It did the job for me as i needed location, but quite steep in price with no real facilities...stayed on Saturday night so it was not a good night sleep as i could hear the music (until the early hours) from what i assumed was a club near by.

Aircon didnt work Room smelled of stale cigarettes

The bathroom was a little dirty, but we were able to change rooms because our original room didn’t have AC working. Staff were great!

A lovely place to stay with no faults whatsoever.

Worst hotel ever. When we checked in and tried to enter the elevator, it didn't work with our room card and staff told us, to carry our luggage up the stairs. We arrived in our room and it was very disgusting. There was dust on everything, looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Bathroom wasn't cleaned too. Also, we ordered room with AC and it wasn't there. So we complained to the staff and they relocated us to another room. No more dust, but not very clean either. There wasn't AC again and we complained again. Finally, after about 1.5 hours from check in, we got to our final room. AC was there, but it was very loud. The manager told us, that he will bring our new room card to our new room, but he didn't, we had to go get it ourselves. We purchased package with free breakfast, but the staff told us at check out, that we need to pay for it. I had to show them the reservation to make them believe me. Very unprofessional hotel, if you want to have peaceful stay at Eindhoven, definitely choose another hotel.

Poor level of cleanliness in bedrooms. Faulty electrics - hair dryer blew up in my hand when trying to dry hair. Damaged bulb in lamp gave electric shock to staff who tried to fix it. No house keeping so beds not made or fresh towels etc.

Great location next to bar strip. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good value for money.

The location of the hotel is very, very good, near the central zone. The cleaning isn't good, the hygiene conditions leave much to be desired, the rooms are not well insulated from each other, the furniture in the room is dirty and damaged.

Helpful reception staff upon arriving at the hotel. Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. Although central and near the thriving student area of Eindhoven, no noise could be hard from the room.

This is a great little hotel in a fantastic location, just a very short walk to the bars & clubs that Eindhoven offers. The reception staff were also absolutely top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Safe and clean hotel, walking distance from Eindhoven Central station, shops, restaurants and bar. The room needs upgrading, the bathroom was a bit dated. Overall it was okay for two nights.

The staffs were so kind. But the room was not clean. It had some stains on a mirror of the bathroom. I asked if we could change the room, they gave us another room right away. They offered us free coffee because they felt sorry.

Being caught up in the public transport cancellations caused by Storm Eunice I got stuck in Eindhoven and had to book accommodation last minute. This hotel was the best option I could find. Walking distance from the station. The room is comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

Although a late arrival we were welcomed with a smile, some simple COVID instructions and a great breakfast menu for the morning... Awesome stay
