This is an older but nice property with a nice beach. The room is a little outdated, but serves its purpose. The staff was friendly. The food is very authentic and offers something for everyone. You will need to drink fast or drink more to get the most out of the alcohol but the bartenders are nice. I would definitely stay again for the property, price and beach.

It’s a good resort lots of all inclusive options

I stayed in B10. That room is highly neglected and should not be used for housing. The bathrooom sink faucet is delapitated and unhinged and the water leaks. The towels must be over 10 years old. The worst part are the peacocks that are housed right out the front door. They gackle at all hours of the night. I asked the front desk to be moved after one night. I was given room 3003. It was literally like staying at a different hotel. Night and Day.

The area by the water was beautiful, definitely a smaller resort which was nice! Rooms were ok definitely needing renovations especially the washrooms. Room service was inconsistent regarding filling supplies the soap toilet paper etc. also inconsistent on times when room service comes. Food and drinks were great options for local food and American food which was liked

Our stay was nice. The room was fine but the bathroom could use a facelift, it’s been awhile. The view was wonderful from our room. I do recommend an ocean view room if you can because the breeze is amazing.The beach was nice and there was shade in the afternoon from the buildings and trees. The food was good and of course the drinks were wonderful. The property was clean and the staff were very nice. It was a little noisy at times from the ferry and catamaran trips from the adjoining property but not enough to ruin your day. I would definitely book again as the value was worth it.

Value for money budget all inclusive with a better beach than the 5 star hotels. Beautiful grounds with Peacocks and Iguanes roaming free

Mexican restaurant was amazing, breakfast buffet was wonderful Parking is available Rooms are dated, because of the food and price would stay again

Question to the hotel administration: I would really like to know how private property can be on a public beach (10 meters), so that the person from the massage parlor in front of the hotel did not allow sun beds to be placed and kicked vacationers out of this place?

Nothing was nice about this place it was dirty and over price the food selection was horrible

Really enjoyed our 14 night stay. Hotel is tired, but service by staff fantastic, and the food was great. Good location for sightseeing and onsite beach was amazing. I would recommend this Hotel and planning on returning soon. Thank you

Great Location! The sea waves were not as strong as in the main Hotel Area. The view was amazing from my hotel room. Overall would stay here again.

In my opinion it’s the best hotel in Cancun there is 3 restaurants and all of them are espectacular and there are events every single day for sure a hotel your remembering for the rest of your life.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!
