Family style and safe. Close to beach. Good fun and eats nearby. I parked and my scooter got me as far as 10 blocks easily to everything I needed. 15 miles to the office each day and wonderful weather even when at the hottest. Friendly vendors and entertainment. Good shops too.

Said gyn and restaurant, available but had to go to another resort. Couldn't park there.

Room was very clean. Staff was very polite and friendly.

This property's internet is so slow that it cannot connect to wifi, I can't connect to Wi-Fi for my kids No cleaner changes towels every day, if you need to change ant towels , you need to go first floor to exchange towels with your dirty towels used Check out so early at 10am, early so with other hotels at 11am The elevator has only one, very crowded in the morning for check out

I love the rooms and the staff is very friendly.

We were at this property for a dance competition. We had the best experience ever. Noise levels were amazing. Majority families were there and there was silence in the hallways by 9-10 each night.

Room decent That bed so uncomfortable my back hurt so much from it. I stayed 4 nights n my back feel like i went thru hell and back...

The property has older decor but the bed was nice and the shower had great water pressure. They also had towels for the beach/pool or your regular towels that could be traded for new ones even late at night. It has a great proximity to the beach amd the strip of bars.

We were only there for one night but everything went well and we had no complaints

Excellent service, room is clean and comfortable, very convenient to have a kitchen, washer and dryer. My overall experience at this resort was a 10 out of ten.

Property is in a great location and VERY clean overall except the carpets outside the rooms. Rooms are also super clean however the entire place shows some serious wear. The bed needs to be replaced, it was visibly sagging in the middle and rolled us into the hole every night. The sheets as well as the pillow covers were so thread bare in places they were see through and torn. Hot water in the shower/bathroom was iffy, I am sure it just depended on how much other rooms had used. Bath towells were so linty I was picking fluff off my body all day. Overall the room served it's purpose. I believe they are trying to keep it nice however it just really needs some updates.

The overall stay was very pleasant and the staff very friendly. We did have minor issues with broken items in our room when we checked in. The staff was very helpful with getting the items replaced. The shower pressure was not great in our room and had a hard time using. There is only one elevator which can be frustrating during the check in and check out process. The resort is close to the beach and all the downtown shops.

Really good hotel for the price. Within walking distance to the beach. Very large suite. Kitchen was a nice bonus. Will definitely stay here again for our next beach trip.

We needed a new mattress, and it was replaced the same day-great job!

The place was great only complaint water in the sink did not get hot

Overall happy with the stay, could have more availability with the coffee station hours were short. Pool was nice, outside was a bit trashy bit still a convenient walk to the beach

Usually I stay without any problems but this year upon checking in now they try to sell you on a timeshare which they never did before. Room had no shower curtain, no bag for dirty towels to exchange, no electric skillet. All these items used to always be in the room. The toilet paper holder was broke , the curtain rod in the bedroom wouldn’t completely close and one of the knobs on the stove was broke like someone super glued it together. I had to use hotspot on my phone because WiFi was terrible and most of the channels didn’t work on the tv. It would only say the signal was weak.
