Everything was great!!

The outdoor pool was dirty i didn't like that, but the towels were available and clean

Water park, with lazy river, and oceanfront right on the beach.

The room was the perfect size and clean. Staff and amenities were great. We were all so pleased.

The resort looks like a dirty rundown version of the photos online. We felt bamboozled! The rooms were filthy!!! I had to clean the room, furniture, floors, bathroom before i let my kids in. The staff left used coffee cups and k-cups in the room. There were cockroaches in the bathroom on the last day. Other families complained about them and told me the hotel would spray around the toilet. The showers were so grungy we didn’t even use them. The location was nice to the beach, but We will never stay there again. Also parking was a nightmare and elevator worked maybe half the time.

There were great amenities, water park, pool, arcade, indoor mini golf. Some areas were not very clean and they were always out of pool towels

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Property smelled clean when arriving and saw staff constantly cleaning. Everything you needed was there, plenty to do and didn’t need to leave unless wanted to. I will definitely book again!

The property is definitely very dated. We were on the 6th floor and had to deal with the 2 elevators being on the fritz. There is no maid service, the room had worn and broken cabinets and dresser, and the Floors were dirty. All the amenities come at a very high cost. The view is awesome, staff was well mannered which is why they get any stars. This hotel anywhere else would be an hourly rate. The restaurant at the adjoining property not only is the food much better, the staff is amazing.

Enjoyed our stay and the room was very nice! Would have liked a mirror in the room with dresser. But all in all, a good place to stay.

We booked through a 3rd party, I would suggest direct. I feel like we got the worst rooms they had because of it. We paid for an upgrade to Ocean View. What we got was the second floor, behind trees, looking at the rubber roof for the run down closed up gift shop below. It is an older property, but clean. The workers are very helpful and they do keep it clean. The water park, is for younger kids at best. If you have 10 year olds or up...not the best.

Great experience and this resort. Friendly staff and quick service. Food at the restaurant was good and activities were fun for the family.

Would not suggest this hotel it needs to change it’s name to motel and not a resort because resorts are nicer than this one. Over priced for the rooms

Staff, very good. Pools and installations in general needs some maintenance, the appearance looks too old. WiFi very bad, the tv suffered a disconnection and our devices never could connect to Wi-Fi, although we need to disconnect from virtual world, always is necessary. Excellent place in front of the beach, the seens from room are fantastic. Towels always available. The waterpark is a plus, simple but funny. Easy access to beach.
