The heating in our room didn't work , the shower had mould in the corner. We were moved to another room and that too had no adequate heating. Went away with cold and flu.Bathroom need a proper clean. Not happy.

Hotel staff were great. Not many walkable places in the area.

We liked the property as it was quiet there but inconvenient to any restaurants.

Staff exceptionally helpful, couldn’t have been more helpful. Needed bike storage during stay and hotel offered use of a locked office for bikes. Menu in restaurant limited but tasty. Had family room which is two linked separate rooms, very useful with two teenagers to have space.

Nice hotel, awful air conditioning always broken, our room was 25c. Need to be fixed urgently. Breakfast was good but same everyday. No lunch in the restaurant and only dinner Monday to Thursday. No other are restaurants close by…

This hotel lacks guest services as there are no restaurants nearby. As an example, the restaurant was closed on the weekend with no advance notice. For the breakfast meal, they served rotten fruit and nuts.

Our room appeared to be renovated recently and was very well appointed. It was very comfortable. The hostess/clerk we dealt with was fantastic. Very very nice person. Helped us with booking additional travel arrangements. She went above and beyond what was expected.

The hotel was up to the normal standards of the Best Western Group. However, due to a wedding in the hotel we were denied access to the bar and the restaurant from mid-day on the Saturday. There were few options available locally and we ended up having to eat in a Macdonalds! Not happy! We explained this to the staff who were sympathetic and promised to ask the manager for a discount, which has never appeared!

Nice quiet village style feel outside of Versaille with limited but decent restaurant choices walking distance and in the hotel . Buffet breakfast good though is Euro 15. Friendly and helpful staff . Rooms a little small. 20 years since I last visited Versailles and the palace visit was packed with tourists to the point it is now difficult to move around and was not enjoyable

A great find and very helpful staff. As a family it was well placed and the swimming pool a real bonus. A good breakfast selection. A few restaurants and shops are within walking distance, the railway station at Saint Quentin is a short bus ride away! Could maybe benefit from a fridge in the rooms, however ice was always available from the fantastic staff.

Clean, quiet and pleasant setting. Nice restaurant downstairs with a great breakfast bar.

Kids loved the pool. Sadly the restaurant was closed for the public holiday but the bar was friendly and reasonably priced (for a hotel). Ample free parking. A short drive (or cycle without young kids) to Versailles.
