L'accueil au check in à la réception fût très froid et bête. Dommage puisque l'hôtel est très bien. Lits confortable, propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécier la piscine et le Spa.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The area for breakfast is small but it was ok for one night stay. Conveniently located close to ski centers and restaurants. Would visit again.

Gap between the connecting room was over 2 " open on the bottom. 3 towels, sweatshirt and i still heard the neigbor snoring like he was in my ear. Terrible night sleep. I would advise to request a room that doesnt have a conjoining door.

I enjoyed the staff at the reception desk. They were very friendly and personable. The pool room was very spacious as well. I just felt the water should have been a little warmer. The rooms were very clean.

We stayed here during fall 2024 for 2 nights. The room was a little dusty but otherwise Ok. Room had a small patio with chairs overlooking the mountain which was nice. Price was high for the standards, may be, because of the demand. Breakfast was grab and go only. As far as I remember, they had some sandwiches/wraps in the fridge and a waffle maker.

I picked this place because of the high ratings on cleanliness and my room was disgusting. The bathroom floors were not cleaned. There was hair and grime all over the floor. There was a pizza box left on my balcony from a previous guest. Their eye contacts were on the floor near my bed. There were stains on my sheets. It was filthy so we opted out using the facilities nor did we eat the free breakfast.

Friendly and courteous staff. Room was clean, quiet, and warm. It was warm in the room even though it was zero degree outside. Conveniently located. Dog friendly. Continental breakfast had a lot of delicious choices. Will be staying here again.

Quick overnight before skiing at Loon. It’s a two-story motel style construction, except that there’s an internal corridor to access the rooms, which is nice. Small breakfast area with grab-and-go packaged things like muffins and yogurt, and a waffle maker, I believe. Room was clean, comfortable, the heat works fine, good TV, good shower, good water, plenty of working AC and USB outlets — what’s to complain?

It was nice and reasonably priced ! Right in an area where you can get around to gas stations , fast food, stores. Right near the ice castles

This was a great place for a getaway. The location is very convenient for anything in the Franconia Notch area. The staff were super friendly. We were traveling with our dog, and this is probably the most genuinely dog-friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. There are even hiking trails accessible from the hotel parking lot for nice long walks! We will definitely stay here again.

We didn’t take the bath because the hot water came out yellow and dirty.

We stayed in a room for 4 people but only had towels for 3 people. The check-in and checkout process was smooth. Room was basic but clean.
