Amazing, lovely pools. Food absolutely amazing! Staff exceptional!

I love everything about the hotel and the front desk staff,they are very friendly and helpful. It is about 5-7 minutes walk to cafes and restaurants,the hotel is in a very good location to all amenities. I also enjoyed the spa service at the hotel,it was superb. The only downside is the Internet connection in the hotel,we could not use it. And to also mention about the breakfast repeatation,everyday,not the best. Would i recommend this hotel?definitely yes my 16 year old son,also enjoys his stay and we would come back again.

Not great customer service for 5 star hotel. Front desk staff rude, and not flexible. Restaurant staff were friendly though

Charging for water on a half board is embarrassing. Staff tells you to pay for water in front of other guests is terrible especially considering the amount we paid for the room and food.

Not a 5*, maintenance required, unprofessional staffs rarely understand English to communicate, overall not very satisfactory, same breakfast everyday, they don’t do MILK pods for TEA in your room - make sure you buy your own.

First I had to wait one and a half hour to get my room at 3:30 when I send a message at check in that I need a room at 2:00pm , also one towel was in room and we are 3 called to get more towels but no one showed up until I went down to the desk as 6:45 pm asking for the towels also the ac was not working and the room was hot I made a mistake coming to this hotel

When you call the front desk from your room the lady who answers does not speak English at all and keeps saying “ok 5 minutes” but a gentleman at the reception Nouseif really assisted us nicely. Breakfast was too overwhelming with everyone scrambling for food. Too much rush at the food counter and everyone is panicking.

Nice place in the city center. Just terribly packed at breakfast which felt like being in a train station at rush hour...
