The attention of the dining hall and cleaning staff was excellent, but the receptionist was very impatient. Furthermore, if the keys have a problem, it's not the guest's fault. It's not fair that if you have a 4-night stay, they don't tell you that you should book a 5-night stay. The grill and pool area have no water. For everything else, it's good.

The quietness and the cleanliness of the facility

This was our first stay here, and we plan to come back to this hotel. It was clean, spacious, the complementary breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. The gym was nice, staff was friendly and hospitable.

Great food selection for breakfast and beautiful garden by the outdoor pool. We enjoyed the small exercise room and appreciated the kitchenette. They also have grilles under a covered pavilion though we did not use them.

Need a little upgrade good for short stay

The gentleman at reception was very professional and courteous. There was a small incident as I was checking in and he handled it skillfully. Well done, sir, I appreciate you, so sorry I did not get your name. The stay was comfortable and definitely will stay again if I am ever in the area.

This place is a dump. Room smells like dirty socks. Entire property is in disrepair stained, etc. I would like to inquire about a refund. I trusted your ratings and they were completely false and misleading.

Solid hotel for the value. Not perfect, but no complaints. If you want perfect, pay more somewhere else.

It was in a convenient location for us, with a supercharger near by. It was extremely outdated. The refrigerator door barely opens, rugs were stain, very cheap pictures on the walls. A place you don’t want to go back.

Left shortly after checking in because the room we were given did not look like it was cleaned after the previous occupant left. There was pet hair on the nightstands, a used towel hanging in the bathroom, and various dust and stains throughout the room. The person at the front desk offered another room, which we declined, because if one room looked that bad, how will the others be any better? After that the hotel denied Expedia from giving me both a full and partial refund even though I spent barely 30 minutes here, not even a full night. Stay away from this hotel.

Breakfast was decent, convenient feature

Some residents are long term. Noise with people arguing with dogs barking and howling kept me up two nights. Requested a refund with no help.
