Clean but a bit small, very small shower/bathroom... bed a bit shubby (i think they need replacement).

My instructor didn't stay due to unforeseen last minute problems. We tried to change the booking for five days later and Hotels.com were very helpful but the hotel refused as I hadn't taken out the cancellation option. I had hoped that, as my company often uses the hotel, they would be understanding but they were very short-sighted and were extremely corporative. We were told that we should have booked with them direct and not through Hotels.com. We will be going to Europoort many times in the future but will NEVER use this hotel again. Their loss, not ours!

The bedroom was just adequate but pillow were soft acrylic type. But the big disappointment was the bathroom. Not big enough to accommodate a larger frame (1.89cm height) getting in fully. Sink was very small with a tap the was too large and therefore the floor was constantly wet. The shower cabinet di not have anywhere to put soap/shower gel. Very poor.

Decent stay for the price. The staff was very nice though.

It was okay generally, but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’d ever had and there seemed to be a general aroma of cigarette smoke in many areas, including my room when I first entered, despite the window being open. I am a non smoker and as such I probably noticed it more than many others. The staff were friendly and the food options were good for me but not so good for the two vegetarians in our work group. They both said it was a little limited for a longer stay. Overall it suited our needs due to the location, but it could easily be improved.

Was expecting worse service but they have everything what is needed for one night stay during a business trip. Sufficient place in room, hot water, restaurant for having a dinner... I did not try breakfast so nothing to say about this part of service.

Great hotel for business stop over. Close enough to Brielle town to walk in on evening as well so great location

Nice Hotel, clean. Only negative aspects are the size of the bathroom, very small with a see through door, and a Wi-fi really unstable and slow. Overall a pleasant stay for a night.

Hotel is pleasant enough, even english channel's on the room tv ! Dinner on the 1st night was terrible , food (gyros) awful and dry, had to ask for cutlery, and vinegar (5 times and still didnt get it !!! 2nd dinner much better and a nice burger

Good location for business in Europoort. Close to town of Brielle, where there are a few places to eat/drink.
