The hotel was very well situated for our weekend visit to Abba Voyage. The staff were all very friendly and the bar staff and concierge staff were very efficient and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. The hotel surpassed our expectations. Very enjoyable stay. Thankyou.

Spacious and comfortable- staff excellent

Good location for our visit to the O2 arena. 10 min walk to catch the uber boat from the Canary Wharf Pier to O2 arena (15 min boat ride with bar onboard!) and 1 stop on the Jubilee line from North Greenwich (outside O2 arena entrance/exit) to get back to Canary Wharf station (10 min walk back to hotel). Plenty of bars/restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel as well as activities on the water. Saba west India quay car park 150 metres from hotel entrance (£24 for 24 hour parking, booked online when outside entrance and got to use the discount code eligible on the day from their website/app to reduce price) Was there to celebrate 40th birthdays, and the hotel were kind enough to decorate the room and leave us some Prosecco and other bits, greatly appreciated! Nice touch. All the above was great but the stay was made special by Charlie who went above and beyond to ensure we were checked in promptly and nothing we asked for was an issue for him, ensured we were happy with our quayside water view. Great asset for the hotel to have someone like him representing them. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the 02 arena, especially now that I have it all figured out.

Only 5 star hotel I have ever been not providing ironing service...with management preventing the willing cleaning service of the hotel to do it. Not inclined to solve problems or give guests good experince. Hospitality is definitely not their job.

They made the room available to us 5 hours before check-in which was much appreciated. Everyone with whom we interacted was kind and generous ( from the bellman to the lounge staff and front desk staff and concierge) which was a lovely way to start our trip to the UK.

Everything was very good . Our only issue was the cooked food was lukewarm at breakfast and the wait for cooked food was too long . Other than that we were very happy with our stay

Considering the price charged for the room, I was surprised that the shower was inside the bath and not a stand alone unit. Additionally service at breakfast was dreadful. We were shown to a table and then that member of staff left without saying a word. There were no glasses for juice, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and I gave up on eggs. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a family room and my daughter said she had a great sleep.

Good quality room, lovely comfy bed and excellent customer service throughout our stay.
