O Ibis Brigadeiro é um hotel simples, tipo "low-cost", no padrão de qualquer outro Ibis Style. O check-in foi rápido. O apartamento é relativamente espaçoso, mas sem nada além do básico. O banheiro é bom. O café-da-manhã é muito bom. A localização é muito boa.

Overall this was a great stay. Hotel is about 5-7 minute walk from the Faria Lima station. The staff were friendly and helpful, most of them spoke good English. The neighborhood is safe, with restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel.

This hotel was so overpriced on your site as to be a joke. the rack rate was 10Brasilian reads. You charged me $131 per night. To say I was disappointed in the accommodations was to say the least. It was almost a hostel and you charged a premium rate.
This should be adjusted pronto!

There was some smell on the common areas on my floor, not sure if from cooking or what is was. Further the room had mold stains on the walls in bathroom, still hair all around. Just not satisfactory in general! The restaurant also does not have anything to offer and no quality breakfast, just standard boring toast and some very wet scrambled eggs that were so liquid I considered it a soup... Bad hotel

I stayed for a few nights at the Ibis Styles Faria Lima hotel in Sao Paolo. It's a nice affordable hotel in a central location. It seems to be very popular since at all times there are check-in clients at the reception. I was happy overall with my stay with the exception of a very long brownout (electricity down). I can not understand that such an interruption should take longer than 24hours to fix. And if it does, exact information should be given - and maybe a refund.
