Loved the location, within walking distance of most places we wanted to go. Was disappointed in room service, had to request the room to be made up twice. If we had to request daily tidy up or towels, nothing was mentioned upon check in or in room information,

Great location and clean rooms

I booked two nights for my parents and my son at the Victoria Marriott and when they checked out, my son left his iPad in the room. I called several times to locate it, and the staff were not very helpful or concerned. The location was quickly turned off, and obviously someone took the iPad. Still no phone call from the staff even though I left my contact three times.

Nice clean comfortable room.

Older hotel but pretty well maintained. The staff were friendly, room was clean and I only called down to get some slippers. We needed a rolling bed but I think we got the last one that looked pretty beat up and creaked loudly with every movement but it wasn't a deal breaker. As we stayed in a club room we had access to the M Lounge - great for 24/7 drinks. Snacks were a little lacking, breakfast ended a touch earlier than I like especially since the next scheduled daily offering is at 5pm for hors douvres. Dessert from 8-9pm was yummy the two nights we checked it out (cheesecake and cakes). The workout room looked good (didn't try it lol), my kids and I visited the pool everyday. It's a small/shallow pool but pretty good for the amount of users that we saw (typically 1 or 2 small groups). Self pay parking available charged on your room bill. We didn't try the Fire + Water restaurant onsite as the menu looked a bit limited but there are other restaurants not far away. Nice and close to the harbour while tucked on a quiet street. We were within a 10 minute walk from a lot of different activities/sites.

Toilet paper very very thin. Not acceptable for a hotel of this type.

Great location. Had a room with a view after an upgrade by the Assistant manager who greeted me. She was very friendly and helpful when I inquired about the restaurant. Staff was also very friendly. The restaurant staff were also super friendly and inviting& food was awesome! Great price for this hotel! I recommend staying here.
