This is an amazing hotel!! Restaurants are impressive! Bar was phenomenal!!! Even the tango show!!!! The pool has to be the place to be!!!

El Faena es sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en Buenos Aires. Las habitaciones impecables. El staff espectacular. Las instalaciones y los amenities increíbles. Muy bien gym. Todo de excelente calidad.

The room was two story with narrow steps, 17 I think. The switches were very, very hard to make work. Otherwise it was an elegant room, well kept. What really, really upset us is that they only provided room coffee on day one, then they wanted to charge us for the extra days. This was a very expensive hotel by our standards. They should not be so cheap. When we complained, the lady was less than gracious. Also, they sent the maid each day with two bottles of of "free" water instead of leaving it in the room. We had left a good tip each day, and felt pressured to give another tip.

Great location but the hotel could use some updating and the service was just okay.

The Faena Hotel offers a unique design and is nestled in a very nice neighborhood with dining and shopping options within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel but hotel didn’t have rollaway bed ready even though we checked in at 2am. Breakfast was disappointing

Very chaming!

Very dated hotel. Loud, couldn’t sleep. I was in room 122, between the noise of the bar, the street and morning constructions for two nights in a row, I had to check out early and move to another hotel in order to get some sleep.

Whilst the property is aesthetically pleasing it is otherwise lacking the details and service of a 5* hotel. Rollaway bed not ready when we checked in, we had to carry our heavy bags upstairs ourselves in our duplex room, TV not working, loud construction noises all morning and worst omelette and cappuccino. Minibar and services extortionately priced compared to the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. We won’t be staying here again.

Última vez en el hotel faena, un desastre la atención en los restaurantes en especial en el Mercado, tratan a los comensales extremadamente descortés, una experiencia para el olvido.

Nothing good hospitality from staff

I saw one room with hot tub photo but they said we don’t have hot tub this room.

The staff are totally not kind or helpful.but hotel itself are luxury and beautiful.especially spa area is good.
