Well situated between train station and the beach! Lots of variety for breakfast which was included. Clean, quiet hotel. Walkable to historic center of Rimini. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Small and friendly hotel near to both beach and old town. Set in a quiet position but plenty of places to eat and drink close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The location of the hotel was brilliant - a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room had everything we needed. Great breakfast and an overall great stay.

Simply cute! Very close from Rimini train station and to bus stop to go to San Marino all walking distance. The hotel is run by a family so the details are keep to thr maximum, nice breakfast, clean, safe and quiet, we loved 😍

Tres chaleureux petit hotel familial. Personnel super souriant et aidant. Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. J’ai adoré mes 6 nuits. Tout est proche et peut être fait à pieds. J’y retournerais sans hésitation.

We had a great one night stay at this hotel. Great location in Rimini. Close to the train station and close to the beach. The breakfast was buffet, plus they made me scrambled eggs and toast. Room was large and clean.

Nice clean modern accommodation close to Rimini seafront and 10 min walk from train station. Breakfast varied, as far as continental goes. Only thing we would have liked would be a room/facilities to use a shower after check out.

A nice small hotel in a small street. An excellent location as you are only a couple of mins walk from the promenade but don't have all the hustle and bustle of the main street in front of the beach. The only negative thing is the breakfast are a bit limited, pretty much only Italian sweet things, with only a token gesture to the breakfast habits of other nations.

Small hotel, staff friendly enough. Room was basic but the bed was comfortable enough and decent shower. Breakfast was basic. 10 minute walk from the beach, 20 minute walk from the train station. Didn’t pay much for the room so overall good value.

Had a great stay in Rimini, was over for the Scotland game. Lovely hotel, good breakfast and very clean. Bed was a bit hard for my preference but good for the back! Staff very nice, good English spoken.

I didnt stay at hotel Villa Lalla hotel becouse they called me that they are overbooked becouse of expedia sytem.They just called and informed me afternoon that they made a reservation in a other hotel for me.......!!!!! After long and tiring day,I went to hotel Eriale but room was so small for me.Owner of the hotel Eriale tried to help me and contacted again with Hotel Villa Lalla and they offered me hotel Kennedy. I accepted to stay at this hotel becouse I was so tired after driving 600 km. Actually.I lost my trust on Expedia after this trip,so I dont know your agreements and systems with hotels but it was terrible experience for me . FYI.

From start to finish our stay far exceeded our expectations; we arrived on foot from the station, about a 10min walk so very convenient.the lady on reception was friendly and very helpful, the room we were booked into wasn't accessible by a lift so she moved us to one that was, the room was perfect, great air con', very clean, spare bedding, lovely bathroom with toiletries and plenty of towel. The hotel is a five minute stroll from the beach and very close to a great selection of shops and restaurants. Breakfast the next morning surpassed our expectations, great selection of cereal, breads, ham, cheese, eggs as well as cakes and juices and although it was a. Buffet breakfast, we were asked what coffee we'd like which was made freshly for us. We'd like to explore the area so will be booking this hotel again. All of this for less than £25 for a night.
