Had a slight smell of mildew, but the staff was the greatest specially for up in the front of the office

This property is quite decent but not great. The Hotel is decent but not overly clean. The carpet in our room s quite dirty. It was vacuumed but dirty. No lamps. No plug for bathtub. Towels a bit ragged. No face cloths. One hand towel. A hand towel being used as the tub mat.

It is a good hotel for spending the night and well priced. The continental breakfast was excellent. The only problem we had was with children running around and screaming in the hallway at night. We called the office several times and nothing happened until the kids finally went to sleep around 1;00 am..

Elevator does not work shower handle wouldn’t keep water open kept shutting down

The rooms need maintenance, no water pressure in sink, shower head terrible, towels were old and small. TV would not turn back on the morning.

The property was very dirty and the room were also dirty, the sheets super worn out and the towels were falling apar. We were in the 3rd floor and the Elevator was not working. My husband has knee surgery and was very complicated to go to our room cince we had to use the stairs. I was told by staff the Elevator has been broken for over 2 years

The breakfast food, is awesome, diferent food every day, and really good cooker.

A very good experience, overall. However, although the hotel's value for money is still good, it has declined for some time now. For example, during the last few times we've stayed in the hotel over the past six or seven months, the elevator has been out of service, and we've noticed that new sheets and towels are needed
