Chambre, sdb er kitchenette impeccables, Personnel accueillant et disponible, pratique car tres bien situé rizn a redire si ce n'est que les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement mais au vu du tarif actuel c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix

Our family of 5 stayed for one night. We had two rooms. The rooms were not so bad, but the bathrooms were not nice and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. 'The carpet on the first floor was disgusting. They have a washer/dryer, but it is 10E to do one load, and the clothes smelled worse after I washed them. The breakfast was not bad, but they could offer a better variety of food. The best and only good thing is the Staff. They were ALL very nice and very helpful.

Perfect for a family to explore Toulouse

Spacious studio apt equipped with all one needs. Pity only stayed one night, however personally i thought toulouse didn't require more than one day. Is this is your home base for a while exploring other nearby places, OK Good stay overall. Close to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. However, there were homeless right next door by such grocery store.

Toilette did not flush properly. Spacious room!

Nothing - it’s bad. The room was noise and I had to move to another room and was let for my meeting. I should be compensated for this. Place was dirty.

This property is peerless for the price, central location and great accessibility to the métro and inter-city station. There is even a supermarché just next to the property. It is about a 20- min leisurely walk to Capitole. The room is clean , large and heating is more than adequate for winter. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave oven. The front desk is extremely helpful and polite. English speakiers need not worry as the staff communicate well in English.

Convenient location midway between train station and downtown, with easy walking distance to both. Very nice staff. Coffee machine with free coffee all day. Had all the amenities I needed. Lots of restaurants nearby with lots of variety in cuisines. Food hall a couple of blocks away. Would happily stay here again.

The room would get very hot at night but hotel controls the temperatures! Do not like hotels like that! If I need cool temps I should get that! No housekeeping service. Toilet seperate from bathroom and at entrance of the room. Front desk not helpful. Couldn’t even direct me to a decent cafe for breakfast. Not good place!!!

Great location for access to everything we wanted to do. The availability of a kitchenette was so good, as it gave loads of flexibility. Room was a spacious, but a little too warm, and the aircon didnt work. My room was facing the courtyard garden, so was much quieter than the front, so was able to have the window open all night. The garden needs some TLC, and rubbish and ashtrays there not emptied on a daily basis. Not a big fan of the plastic grass, either, which looked dirty, and is very bad for the environment.

Well located, very easy to walk around. The rooms were clean and small. I also liked the breakfast. The staff were friendly as well.

Bed was not properly made, we were uncomfortably laying on the plastic layer before realising there were more sheets but has not been properly put on the bed. Additionally the sheets were not clean and had hairs on them. Furnishings were tired, the bedside lamps hung loosely on the wall and the smell of the rooms left something to be desired, perhaps some air freshener. Air conditioned was very loud and could only push out hot air. Check in experience was frustrating and slow but largely due to language barriers despite the property purporting to have English speaking staff. Our room was in a separate building and staff left us to find it with little helpful directions or assistance. We were also not informed of window cleaning taken place in our rooms during our stay. Location was very central but not the most safe.

Location is very handy to the central part of Toulouse. Supermarket next door, and Place Wilson a few minutes walk. The room was basic with limited light but ok if you just went a bed, bathroom and simple kitchenette. Only one lot of housekeeping for my stay (6 nights).

Nice place in the center of town. The apartments are nice, well provisioned and the staff was excellent. It’s in the center of town and very walkable. If you need parking, you will most likely need to use public parking and it costs 31 euro a day. It’s close and convenient but a bit expensive.
