Perfect place for a pamper, R&R for a few days.

Food was terrible had to send it back. Room was dirty dead flys all over the room. Bed sheets was full of stains. Over all condition was very poor for the money

No A/C and totally pathetic fans of the cheapest variety provided.

Heaven on earth

Lovely Spa facilities and food but the rooms are very old and tired. The hotel side is in desperate need of a refurb. Bath with a shower curtain 😳…. Old carpets and dated furniture. Not worth the money for a hotel stay.

Everything as expected

Staff very helpful and warm hearted which made our stay particularly good. Facilities met our hopes completely. Although breakfasts and lunches were excellent and the buffet style good, the evening meals seemed poorly staffed and

Left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing! Checked in with Dinner (but not extras) & Breakfast included and told that I could use the Spa facilities until 16:00 the next day but no robes in room and not allowed to use the Spa facilities the next day unless I paid £75. Note put under the door to pay extras at dinner but restaurant didn't pass any bill to reception to begin with albeit remembered what I had and paid. Reception Manager would not take the lead and answer my questions although she was in ear shot sitting at her desk a few meters away and left it to her inexperienced colleagues. Used to be a Member at Tring for years but going downhill similar to Tring...need to up their offering as The Grove in Chandlers Cross & Sopwell House in St Albans are far better.

Bit of a let down dirty bathroom leftover hair in sink and bath, restaurant was understaffed felt sorry for them but a 20 min wait for a drink and menu is excessive. Place looks tired and badly signed, have no idea where anything is

Excellent beautiful hotel, excellent gym and lovely food. Really enjoyed my stay and will stay again .

Although a little tired in places, the overall ambiance and the level of service more than made up for it. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed.

Lovely pool and gym , shame there wasn’t a separate bar instead of being incorporated with dining area , so if you was a later arrival , you wouldn’t be able to get a drink apart from water or coffee

Breakfast was poor
