Hotel was not nearby to anything within Cuneo itself. Driving & parking within the city was very difficult & hotel was several km away. B’fsst was expensive for what it was and several staff were not helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The area is a more like a commercial area so there weren’t that many restaurants.

Fantastic room and the chef came out with some local delicacies and talked me through it.

A clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location, just on the outskirts of Cuneo. Driving into the centre of Cuneo itself takes less than 10 minutes. The reception and restaurant areas feel a bit like a hospital, as they lack decoration and character, but the staff are very friendly, the food is good and the hotel is great value for money. My only criticism would be that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this seems to be quite common in Italian hotels.

We stayed here whilst Cycling in Cuneo, friendly staff, good breakfast. Spoke enough English.

The Hotel over all is good. the service was great and breakfast also very good with food from the area! It needs some cleaning work. The carpets have old stains giving it a "peculiar" smell. The room also had a weird smell....

We attended the cheese Festival in Bra and searched for hotels and found this gem. Although a 35 minute drive to Bra but well worth the drive. Easy access to hotel, free parking, free breakfast and friendly staff. In the evening to was a 5 minute ride to the center of Cuneo. Must have a car to stay n this area.

Nous avions besoin d’une chambre pour la nuit pour une étape à Cuneo, des toutes les propositions consultées c’était la meilleure ce jours là ; nous étions en voiture , et une fois sur place l'hôtel avait en plus un grand parking gratuit , (voiture visible de notre chambre) . Accueil très professionnel et très rapide . Nous recommandons cet hôtel
