Toilet was broken (previously?); flooded bathroom upon use. We had to pack up and move. CSR stated that we were lucky because they only had one available room. I responded: "No, you are lucky!"

Great hotel. Very nice hot breakfast. Excellent value.

Checked in & was told pool was down for the night but hopefully up next day. Next day I called & was told it was down for cleaning. WHY can't this be done during the week when traffic is low.. NOT ON WEEKENDS.

I was in town for the Winter Music Festival, and I chose to stay at the Hampton Inn. It was a smart choice. The bed was comfortable and had multiple places to charge any devices. I didn't check out the breakfast, but the coffee was good when I tried it. Everyone I came in contact with the hotel spoke and was friendly. If I need to stay in Lewisburg again, the Hampton Inn would be my first choice.

We liked the cleanliness and well put together room. The hot tub was very much appreciated. Breakfast under to veranda was very nice, so many choices. And affordable for the value

Always a friendly staff!

First morning we were there we saw housekeeper in hallway and told her we got in late so there was no need to service our room. We got no housekeeping service the other three nights we were there.

Staff extremely courteous and helpful!!

System was down when I entered, which meant I had to wait for it to refresh before I could get checked in, even though I’d already prepaid. I was told they had to run my credit card in case I wanted incidentals. So I had to wait.

The room and bath were very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our only issues were that the toilet was very low. We are in our late 60’s but relatively healthy. We had difficulty getting up from the toilet. And the grab bar in the shower was not in a useful place for balance getting in and out of the tub. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay and will return next time we travel this way.

We have stayed here before and enjoy the atmosphere and cleanliness.

The staff was friendly. The room had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom sink was dirty

We had stayed here previously. Safe location,clean rooms and courteous staff. On this stay the hot tub and pool heater were broken and we were so looking forward to using them on this most recent trip. Breakfast bar is outstanding and well maintained. Definitely will stay here again on future visits.

Clean, affordable and convenient for our travel

I thought the place was tired, especially the bathroom. The kitchen attendant was outstanding.
