Great Staff and nice facilty

First night was good, second night door lock wouldn’t work after a hour or better door was finally opened. Manager claimed he was going to comp the night due to problem, have yet to see that show up. Rooms weren’t cleaned second day and apparently house keeping never informed anyone door wouldn’t open. Other than second day hotel was clean and accommodations were fine. As long as your door lock works all will be fine.

This hotel faces I-30 and rooms facing the highway are subject to traffic noise which borders on torture. We've never had such a noisy room or endured such a night of torment. Either get a room on the far side of the hotel or look elsewhere if you want a peaceful night. Otherwise, it's actually a nice place

well maintained ,clean, quiet

The customer service was good. The facility itself needs some serious upgrades/improvements. The shower did not work correctly and the water temperature was barely warm. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel was nice. Nothing over the top. Staff was excellent. Bed was hard. Hotel overall was clean.

Highway noise No sheets for pull out couch/ bed but staff accommodated and brought them up Not bad but not great either.

We where pleased with the service from check in to check out.

Very nice and clean

Main lobby and halls smell really clean and fresh. Almost like a very nice spa. Our room however had a musty smell that did not match the other hotel's spaces. Our reservation included breakfast. The options are limited but still good. I did notice we booked $129 a night but the hotel changed my rate for Fri and Sat to $149. I did not catch this until after I was already gone.

Loved everything about this property!

The Assistant Manager was absolutely horrible! You cannot imagine how I was treated! I am single and handicapped. Then my daughter went to talk to him and he was just terrible to her.
