We booked a 2 twin-bedded rooms but were given 2 rooms with double beds instead. This was not good, but 1 room was bedding was subsequently changed, and the twin beds emerged. Rooms were clean overall, although the sink in one room was not very clear, and water emptied slowly.

Property was not clean. Stains/Marks on the floors in the foyer and in the room. Very noisy. No facilities/services available after 9pm, including no food/beverage. Very old and tired furniture. Staff seemed inconvenienced during check-in.

It's one of the peacefully situated very neat and clean and comfortable. Though I live only 20km away from hotel still I book and enjoy. It's very presentable. Just needs some halaal food for Muslim people so it can be more famous to even dine there. One suggestion to the owner try to build a massive comfortable swimming pool with all luxury around the pool.

Average hotel at best breakfast was disappointing for the money but great wifi though

I liked strict adherence to COVID restrictions. We were each offered a Sanitizer and a pen to sign and kept these!!!

The overall experience was really good. The only downside was that there was a bug that crawled on my face while I was sleeping.

Website lies-no shuttle. They will arrange a driver for you. We arranged our own @ 250 rand. Chief reason for low rating is complete non response to a loud party on our floor. Called the desk at 11pm but the party continued until 4 am without a break. Our first night of holiday after a full day of flying and no sleep. Lift was broken and our room was on third floor.

It was frustrating because I was booked for a queen size bed and I was give two single bed joined for me and my wife. How pathetic is that.

At check in there were wedding guests at reception making a hell of a noise. I could not hear the clerk talk. He did nothing to quite them down. Rest if stay quite noisy. Restaurant food and service excellent.

I love your hotel. However. On the night of my stay you had guests cavorting in the passage till 12.30. A very bad nuisance while on business

WiFi didn’t work for the entire stay

my stay was unpleasant due to how loud the hotel can be-you can literally hear peoples conversations when they walk outside the corridor.there was also a couple of kids who decided banging the doors every few minutes and shouting was a great idea at 21:00!!!

Nice hotel for the area and the price. Staff are helpful and friendly. One stay the hotel was very noisy, but we gave it another chance and it was better. The restaurant is nice.

The hotel was okay. The food reasonably good if not in the expensive side. First night asked for Pork cutlets they were supposed to be crumbed, they were not. Wifi through a third party provider a bit dodgy, kept dropping and sow connections some times. Would I come there again. Yes.

Fantastic Hotel and Spa. The meals, both breakfast and dinner were first class.
