This was a great place to stay on an overnight trip. I wish we had more time there!

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The property was great, staff was courteous and friendly. They can do better with breakfast especially when there are not many restaurants near by.

Mold in bathroom. Had to get our own towels room service came once during whole 5 day trip despite being asked to come more often. Breakfast not worth it. Extra pay of parking not worth it.

Good service

The Hotel was very nice. It is extremely close to the Museum district, and just a short drive to the Sundance Square. The rooms are spacious. Out bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it is not a show-stopper. The Continental breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of options. Parking is paid, and safe. The room was quiet although we were on the side away from the interstate.

It was so so but not bad

The art work made this hotel a special place. My wife and I both liked the layout of the room. Also, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. FYI, there is a $ 13+ parking charge per night

My granddaughter’s high school graduation was at Dickies and this hotel was perfect!

Great customer service

It was a nice hotel. We only stayed one night for an appointment at Cooks children’s hospital for our son and it was close by. The zoo also isn’t too far away. Nice place for the money.

I stayed in room 105 and noticed that the blinds were not working properly. They could only be partially closed using a switch that seemed to be a temporary or substitute solution. The blinds would only close halfway. Additionally, I needed to use a bathroom accessible for people in wheelchairs, so I wasn't able to change rooms. I kindly request that the issue be properly and permanently fixed, rather than just temporarily addressed.

The overnight staff at this property was terrible. The security was rude, he was not customer oriented and was confrontational. I will never stay at this hotel again because Donald was terrible. If I as an employer ever knew that my employee acted like this, I would be embarrassed and would immediately fire him.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing! I wish him the best. The property is clean, quiet, and is a nice property. Will stay again!

Facility was clean. The 2 queen suite was great! Very clean. It was perfect for us.
