The staff is welcoming and the property is clean and convenient. I will always stay here when I am in town.

Would like longer restaurant/lounge hours.

I have a view of the rooftop AC units but other than that a nice hotel.

Everything was great from the moment we arrived. Perfect location, great food and drinks, awesome staff. The DoubleTree will definitely be our hotel of choice when visiting Bay City in the future.

Front desk was so kind, pool was great! Overall great stay, the bathroom did have some leftover hair but nothing that made us too uncomfortable.

We loved our stay. The friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of our room and the best night sleep on a wonderful mattress with elegant linens.

We checked into the hotel room late in the evening. Everything looked good but the A/C did not work. It was hot and uncomfortable for the amount of money we paid. I did inform the front desk that the A/C was not working. They sent someone to fix it and it appeared to work for the moment. We were in town for a funeral so we were gone all day. When we return later that night, the A/C was still not working. It was hot and uncomfortable.

Dirty tub with multiple hair stick to the sides and cracking trim and walls...all fine for a motel 6 but not got a Hilton.

This is a really nice hotel with a beautiful view of the river. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars, one had a live band, in walking distance.
