The hotel is clean and near has pharmacy, restaurant and supermarket.

I enjoyed my stay. Property was what we need it. The bathroom was too dated, curtains were old, but our stay was good!

I stayed here on two separate occasions, for several nights. São Caetano is a decent suburb of São Paulo, where people seem to be serious and industrious and take good care of their surroundings- no trash lying around, very little graffiti, orderly and polite. The hotel is good for the price, good enough that I came back. Hospedei-me aqui duas vezes e fiquei contento. São Caetano por geral é limpa e ordenada, cuidada bem pelo público. Great stay. Conveniently located at east of the city where we can easily walk to our client's place.

Generally good during my business stay. The only thing we had problem was the internet down during some of the critical time we need it for business communication. I hope the hotel could enhance both the signal coverage of all rooms and the up-time of internet.

A school behind the hotel could be a little bit noisy sometimes. Overall stay was satisfactory; great staff. Breakfast is quite good with a variety of options. Well-located at a location that is proximate to my work place. Wi-Fi signal sometimes gets bad.

Really loved the super friendly and helping staff. They are fantastic. The hotel is located very near to where I go for work and is convenient to navigate around. In general speaking, the hotel is clean and comfy. Recreation areas at the rooftop are great, but some of the entertainments should conduct better maintenance. The Wi-Fi could be good or bad from time to time; hope the hotel will fix it. I like this hotel and will return in the future if needed.

Luís at the front desk was freaking AMAZING! WOULD GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL JUST TO SEE LUIS AGAIN! Hotel is in safest part of town a little bit away from the city center. Cafe 14 is the BEST COFFEE SHOP AROUND and only 2 blocks walking distance!

Booked superior double Hotel staff told me Expedia had a booking for a standard room Actually it was the only room available 44 A was small with dirty stinky carpet Small cranky bed Complained and got transferred remodeled room the next day only 14A Same size but with laminated floors and new furniture This is the only hotel in town Be aware that not all of their rooms are in good condition Specially the small ones # with an A in the end

The hotel staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed with the standard room I received after booking supreme on line. The standard room has only a closet bed that pulls out of the wall, no side table for a phone so you would have to stand up and talk on the phone it was uncomfortable for a 2 week stay. It was also noisy because of the large sports teams they had staying.

The overall service was satisfactory. I would grade better if the Ethernet service did work as expected. I would consider coming back again on my next trip.

I thought the hotel had all the amenities necessary. However, very few people spoke English and it was hard to communicate. Also, one of the hotel elevators was broken during our entire stay there. This was a huge problem, because it would take us 15 minutes to get to the bottom floor. The restaurant was good for lunch, but nothing special for breakfast.

Good Restaurant, clean and convenient if doing business in the ABC area.

Definetly the highlight of this hotel is the relatively new facility, and the outstanding italian restaurant.
