When I checked in the staff was very friendly and helpful for local insight for things to do.

Properly was a short drive to Lakeside and not too far from Kalispell. Room was clean and breakfast in morning was good.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was so peaceful! It was very clean and staff is amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

Check in was easy, however the internet didn’t work and when I asked the front desk about it he said he would look into it and then call and let me know, never recieved a call. I also requested extra blankets at check in, the gentleman at the front desk said he would bring some to the room, I never received the extra blankets.

The hotel is cute and has a great view. The staff is very friendly and helpful and their biscuits and gravy is perfect.

Really enjoyed the staff but thought the property could use some work. Outdated, small bathrooms. Pool was very cold.

Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The check-in clerk was very friendly. Halls and room were clean. Room was very nice - the pillows were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever used! We had a room in the back and didn’t hear the highway noise with the fan on. The swimming pool was very clean and the pool is very long and narrow - could swim laps in it. Nice, clean hot tub. A 5-stars hotel!

I booked honeymoon suite using this app, upon arrival the employee at the desk informed me that they only have two pet friendly rooms. The honeymoon suite is not a pet friendly room. Since I booked through Hotels.com (a third party site) there was an no refund policy and I ended up with a double queen standard room AND paid for the honeymoon suite. It was my wife’s birthday and a double queen room was not in the plan. I did not protect my stay because I use the pet friendly filter and did not realize it was only 2 rooms. If you are traveling with pets find some where else to stay. I will admit partial fault for not reading the fine print but when I used the pet friendly filter I didn’t expect to need to double check.

The room was so nice. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Our only problem were very noisy children with little supervision by the adults they were with in the pool area. Might be nice if the pool was adults only after a certain hour.

We love staying here for our 5 day trip! We stayed in the king executive suite. Room was super clean and the staff were great! The breakfast bar was 5/5!

The staff was very friendly and approachable. The hotel is located somewhat on a highway but not a deal breaker. I personally love how it's not too close to a lot of traffic. It's not far from Walmart, Costco, Target - apparently 13 minute drive. Breakfast was a great variety. Really enjoyed it. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect location for all of the sights in Kalispel and Glacier. And even though it was right on the highway, it was quiet and a peaceful stay! The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful!

Fantastic and friendly and helpful staff. Good location for a variety of activities in local area. Hotel would benefit from a little cosmetic updates.
