Great stay

The staffer could not find my reservation. He wanted to charge 10 bucks for 10min early check in. When he finally found my reservation he stated he only have smoking room and I will need to pay extra for non smoking double bed. I showed my reservation for king non smoking. I ended up paying 25 extra for double bed non smoking. AC made loud noise. Maintenance to replace unit. Towels were used and thread was unraveling. I went to buy towels. Sheets had holes. Upon check there wasn’t anyone. Doors was locked. No receipt. Oh yeah tub was clogged and bathroom door handle was falling off. Only reason I stayed was because I was too beat from the sun and medical conditions.

The rooms were clean and nice but when I went to take a shower the faucet wouldn't close properly so it leaked all night I couldn't sleep. Then I woke up at one point during the night and the floor was wet i slipped. Apparently if you lower the a/c the floor sweats and becomes grossly wet and slippery.

Overall experience was great. Can’t really complain about it. The ac was making a squeaky noise but it was resolved

Room was ok, we were too tired from our travels to complain about splatter substance on the ceiling, facial hair all over the sink, a noisy AC that kept waking us up in the middle of the night and used zip ties found on the nightstand. Didnt know whether to be scared or laugh 😔 Breakfast offered was cereal, watered down orange juice drink, water, coffee, fruit punch, toast, and packaged muffins and bananas/apples. We chose this place cause of the breakfast included. Was hoping for at least a waffle bar.

Nice hotel. Near food such as whataburger and Dairy queen in walking distance, dollar general and pawn shop near by. The room was clean and quiet. The checkin was a breeze with fun and funny gal at the counter.

Good spot for a crash pad while adventuring around Starbase. Front desk staff was friendly and quick with check-in/check-out. Rooms are cozy and quiet with all the basics you'd expect. Simple and affordable. Would stay again!
